A hidden gem. Spent a weekend of utter bliss in the wilderness here, enjoying the peace and tranquillity, wildlife, taking the boat out (even catching a fish) to relaxing in the hot tub after dark. Bed was cosy, robes were great also! Perfect place to chill out and re-set from a busy life. The location and accommodation are so well thought out. From booking to departure, everything was perfect - staff were on hand to answer any queries and assist if needed. We enjoy the privacy that Carpenters Cottage provides. Having visited on many occasions we have always enjoyed the smaller size that Carpenter Cottage provides although the fabric is now showing its age.

We had a fantastic day at the Victorian dairy cottage. The accommodation had everything we needed and was in a stunning location.
Once again we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was warm (the new radiators are a great improvement and were a great boon in the very cold weather we experienced), comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the porch which provided ample space for boots, wellies and shoes and which enabled us to keep the cold outside at bay.
We’ve been coming to Tomich for 16 years and love the peace and tranquility. This break was no different. Only comment would be that the lodges are becoming a bit tired and in need of updating. Will still be back but will go to the cottages again next time.
