We stayed here for the 1st week of our married life! From when we arrived to when we reluctantly left, it was absolutely perfect! From the gorgeous private outdoor space, to the luxury inside the carriage, it was stunning and every small detail has been thought of. We will most definitely be returning when we can!
We only stayed one night as we had hired a campervan and thought this would be a good way to start our trip before days of wild camping. The bothy was very clean tidy and had everything needed (very modern but done in a nice way). The rest of the location is going through some minor works to be more updated but this didn't hinder the stay in anyway. As we were only there a short time we didn't go around the area much and were more than happy being based within the bothy - would consider booking this again.
Small cabin, with everything you need and enough space for 2 adults. Very clean, we gave 4 out of 5, only because there were footsteps of dirt in the showercabin, but that was easy to clean. The park's atmosphere is not very cosy, but we didn't spend much time on the park, we were out and about most of the time, and for the evenings, the cabin makes up for it!
We had glorious weather, as a result we were spoilt for choice with things to do. Paddle boarding, hiking, cycling and relaxing. The chalet is close to the road, however this wasn’t a problem at bed time as the traffic reduced significantly. The view was stunning.
A really cute little hut, it was ideal for my one night stay for one. It would be cosy, but ok for a couple for a weekend. Ewan was very helpful.
Very clean and comfortable lodge. Close to Oban Fort William Glencoe etc. Very friendly and helpful hosts
A beautiful lodge with wonderful views. The open plan kitchen and lounge is fully equiped with everything needed for your stay. Also, the leather sofas are very comfortable for the evenings. Both bedrooms are a good size and have ample storage. The outdoor furniture on the verandah means that you can enjoy the loch views with your evening drink. Excellent location too between Oban and Fort William.
Four of us stayed in Rowan Lodge for 3 nights over New Year’s Eve. The lodge was very clean and comfortable and very cosy to come back to after walks in the snow. The location was stunning with the lodges overlooking Loch Cretan. The family managing the lodge were very friendly and helpful from booking process to our departure. I would definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful place.
We were a party of 3 staying at Oak tree lodge,on arrival the fire was not working,reported it and said they were going to fix it but that never happened.Stay was comfortable but the whole place is in need of a re-vamp it was looking tired.Location and views were great. Games room - terrible,dirty musty smell floor needed a sweep,chairs and sofa not for sitting on (Yuk) .We have been but would not go back,
Our stays at Appin Holiday Homes never disappoint. We have been stayng there regularly since the 1980's and we still love it just as much as ever. The surrounding area is so beautiful and the site is nestled into it so well. The fact that it's family run makes such a difference and we've got to know succeeding generations. We can't wait to be back next year!

Comfortable and clean bungalow; we felt right at home! The bleating of the sheep was lovely company! The manager was extremely kind and helpful.
