Seascape, named for its fabulous location and glorious sea views. A newly renovated 5 star gold award cottage which sleeps six plus a cot. All on one level, this spacious and contemporary cottage is just a 10 minute walk from the south west coast path and the pretty St Loy Cove. 3 super king/twin bedrooms, one en-suite and one family bathroom. Large patios and garden with amazing sea views. Large kitchen diner, family sized lounge with access to the conservatory. Parking for 3 cars and an EV charger on site. Dog free accommodation.

The perfect place for a family gathering.
Ideally located and in peaceful and beautiful surrounds.
We arrived to freshly baked scones, and a warm and cosy bungalow.

We had a wonderful stay at Seascape. What a delightful place!

The accommodation is charming, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The location is idyllic and perfect for exploring the far west of Cornwall. Without doubt one of the best holidays we have ever had.

This cottage is beautiful. It’s is tastefully and practically designed and decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and lends itself perfectly for cooking for family and friends. The bbq was also a great addition. The bedrooms are comfortable, with really good wardrobe space. The outdoor space is ideal to enjoy your morning coffee and complementary scones (thank you Caroline). Also, the sofa…. I have sofa envy!! Caroline was really professional, friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The location was ideal for us. It is rural with a coastal view. About 15 mins from Penzance. There was nothing about this gorgeous home that disappointed. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. It is very spacious, modern and clean with an on-site parking. It's located in a beautiful, quiet, rural area with a lovely garden. Carolyn was an excellent host, helpful, respectful and friendly. We would happily stay here again. The cream teas were absolutely delicious, we loved the handmade scones. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

We booked the cottage for a family celebration and really enjoyed the accomodation. It was very comforatble and the views are lovely. Carolyn went out of her way to support our stay even buying in a tea strainer for our loose leaf tea . A very good base for exploring the Cornish countryside and not far from the lovely beach at Porthcurno.

We had a wonderful stay in Seascape - it is a beautiful property. It is spacious, well equipped and situated in a lovely peaceful location. It is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed in - home from home!

We returned to Seascape for Christmas after a wonderful stay in the house over the summer. Again nothing disappointed. Beautiful property, with wonderful views in the perfect location. We wanted for nothing and the added Christmas touches really added to the experience. Thank you Carolyn for your exemplary customer service!

We loved it so much we stayed two extra days!

What a lovely cottage Seascape is. It has everything you need and the little extras of fresh flowers in the rooms and home made scones & Jam on arrival were much appreciated. Having the EV charging point was an added bonus for the electric car owner in our party. The weather was mixed during our weeks break and we weren't able to utilise the excellent outdoor area around the cottage but we were still able to enjoy the views from the conservatory and other rooms. A premier cottage in many ways and a very pleasant stay was had by all.

Seascape is a great choice for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location is perfect for chilling out, though good restaurants, pubs and the amenities of Penzance are just a short drive away. The beach and coastal paths are just a few minutes walk away and the views from both the sitting room and the conservatory are gorgeous.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owners who really care that you have a great holiday, and the place is spotless as you would expect. Highly recommended!

My family and I spent a week at Seascape, and we cannot recommend it enough!

When we arrived we were welcomed by Carolyn and Richard, who then kindly took us down to Seascape and explained everything we needed to know. As soon as we stepped in we instantly knew we made the right choice staying at Seascape as everything was so clean and tidy.

We were also were welcomed by some delicious scones and homemade jam which was much needed after a long drive!

It’s based at a very peaceful location with a short walk down to St Loys cove which is a must on a summers evening!

The views of the sea from the garden are stunning and alone is worth the money.

I highly, highly recommend staying at Seascape if you want the perfect holiday!

Staying at Seascape was great, with our family of 5. The house has a stunning sea-view and is extremely complete equipped. There was actually nothing we missed. The atmosphere of the house is friendly and cosy. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully furnished and a pleasure to use. The several terraces around the house made staying outside evenly enjoyable.
The hosting was very friendly, and at our arrival fresh baked scones, clotted cream and jam, as well as coffee, tea and more were taken care of. Ample information on the neighborhood and good restaurant-recommendations are available in the house, as well as broader Cornwall tips.

Most certainly Seascape is a very recommendable stay for everyone visiting Cornwall.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The recently refurbished cottage is beautiful; extremely comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed (and more). We particularly enjoyed the peaceful outside space with sea views and were extremely lucky with the weather so al fresco meals were a must. The outside space is very private, the only visible neighbours are the cows.
Location was handy for lots of gorgeous beaches and day trips, and shops close enough in Newlyn/Penzance though we had a supermarket delivery without a problem.
Our kids (11 & 14) were impressed with the cottage and pleased to have a comfy room with huge bed each and the wifi was good.
Bedrooms were well planned with plenty of wardrobe space with internal drawers and mirror with lighting in the main bedroom.
We had a lovely welcome from Carolyn on arrival and we didn't need any help during our stay but I know she would have readily given it if needed. If we want to holiday in this part of the UK again I wouldn't hesitate to return to Seascape.

We spent a fantastic week at the new Seascape cottage at Downs Barn Farm. The cottage itself is very well equipped and has very recently been renovated and everything was brand new and top notch, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The cottage was much larger than we expected - three very large bedrooms and plenty of dining and living space both inside and out. Location wise it is perfect for exploring the Penzance / Lands End / St Ives area. It is incredibly peaceful with un-rivalled view to the sea where your neighbours are a herd of cows that are very inquisitive and great company for your morning coffee on the patio. Carolyn is a fantastic host providing a very warm welcome, and an excellent Cornish tea on arrival and unlimited local knowledge.
