A few suggestions to improve... The games room - the kid's pool que was broken ( the top part) so they couldn't use it Sauna was a little finnicky to use
Very comfortable and modern large house. Would happily move in permanently! Gas cooker. Island. Beds and bed linen high quality. Playground beside houses. Basketball court close to hotel. Car journey from town but easy commute and worth it. Pass shops at Ardkeen for supplies. Ferry went within 5/ 10 mins of arriving at water side. Would highly recommend for self catering.
We had a group of 16 people staying in 2 houses at Glor na Habhainn. We had booked one classic and one luxury house. We had a great weekend for Other Voices, and will definitely be back to Glor na Habhainn. The luxury house has a lot more space in the shared areas than the classic houses, furnished to a very high standard with all the kitchen supplies you need for a few days of self catering. You'll feel like royalty in this house. The master bedroom is palatial with a walk in wardrobe and all! It's a 7 minute walk in to town. Close by there is a Lidl and the Dingle brewery. And a little b...more
Ballyvonane is one of the most perfect holiday homes I have rented. The quality of the home and the furnishings was A+! It rained for several days and we were content to just relax on the property! The views are breathtaking, the privacy in every room is amazing, no one could hear anyone else move around and the house was outfitted for every possible need or want! I simply can not say enough about this property and I will be back for another stay!
Spent a lovely week in Aspen house. Lovely property, very homely. Great location will definitely be back.
Holly House ist absolut einmalig. Tolle Ausstattung und geniale Lage. Luxus gepaart mit wunderschöner Natur. Super Service.
Great location, fantastic surroundings, beautifully restored buildings, the house was spotless, everything required provided. Playground out backgarden, brilliant for children. Would recommend this to anyone.
Lovely apartment with everything you will need for the perfect holiday, there were even lilos for the kids to use.
The highlight of our trip was the eco boat trip where we saw hundreds of dolphins minky whales and hump backs. We could walk into town all the time in 15 minutes the view from no 18 is fabulous and we had a really great holiday
Just returned from a staycation and cannot recommend this house highly enough. Gorgeous peaceful setting with donkeys and deers for neighbours. The house is about 5min drive from Glengarriff village and 20min from Bantry. The house itself is spotless and well equipped. It is set in beautiful grounds and there is plenty to explore outside the front door. We have already booked out return visit.
Really lovely, spacious comfortable house 2 mins walk from Sneem Village. Beautifully sited bedside the river with amazing views of the mountains.House was spotless and very well maintained and PJ could not have been more helpful
Agent and host were perfect. Extremely helpful and professional. The property is spacious and could not be better located between the lake and sea. If we return to this beautiful part of the world we will definitely be back.
very comfortable house for a family holiday we had 6 adults 1 8 year old 1 18month Magnificent view 10 minute walk to Sneem village Owner Noel very helpful No hesitation reccomending
Glor na Habhann was a great property, excellently located within a 10 minute walk to town. The houses are clean, tidy, very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. The proprietor Douglas was always available for queries etc. It was on the more expensive side, but we were two families sharing so it worked out OK. I would definitely return to this property.
We booked Woodvilla Lodge for my Grandmothers 80th Birthday celebrations. We had to rearrange our dates for the trip due to Covid but Julie and Austin were very accommodating and this was no problem. We had a fantastic time at the house, the pictures do no justice to the actual size. The bedrooms were private and beds were so comfortable. Everybody had a great sleep. The children loved playing in the garden too. The location is perfect just 2 minute drive to the local shop and chipper. We visited the beach at Kilmore Quay which was fabulous. I couldn't recommended the house more its perfect fo...more
A home from home. This house was perfect for our stay. From the moment we booked the owners were there to help. The house was spotless when we arrived and some lovely edible treats awaited us! The house is in a lovely quiet area but also only a short walk into Dingle. We will definitely return.
Lovely area, short drive to Kenmare Town and to a pebble beach in the other direction. The houses are located in a quiet area with lots of green space. Milena who managed the property is extremely helpful and efficient. One small negative, the properties are advertised as having paid use of kenmare bay hotel leisure centre. Due to covid19, the facilities are only available to hotel residents for 2021. That might change but worth checking beforehand if it's part of the draw of booking. Nearest public pool is killarney. Swimming is possible at the beach nearby though.
Ideal location for local beaches, access to Wexford and beside local shop. Great hosts and plenty of space for children to play.
Martin host very helpful. Lovely comfortable house in quiet housing estate with no house facing it. 20 walk to town. Perfect for most people but just too far to walk for my parents. Had a great time all the same.
Excellent stay.Great location. Did all the boating tours around the area which are well worth it. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks to Caroline and Brenda in Relax Ireland who recommended this destination.
Rented both houses for our family new years gathering, it was very comfortable for 15 adults and 3 children. Houses are conveniently located only 1 minutes drive from Kilmore quay where you have local pubs and restaurants. Would definitely come back again.
The collage was very cosy and warm, and well fitted. It has wonderful gardens with fairy trees and houses for kids to explore and play. It is in a lovely part of Wexford and has lots of outdoor facilities, with horse-riding, walking and beautiful beaches nearby.
We were delighted with our stay and would recommend it to others. We are keen to return to Mount Falcon.
This is a 5* property - we had such an amazing holiday (helped by the lovely weather - which cannot always be guaranteed!) The views and location are stunning and on a clear day you could just sit an stare out of the copious windows for hours. There was plenty of space for our extended family holiday of 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was thought of with excellent/ample bathrooms, linens, laundry, kitchen, crockery, glassware etc facilities - we were particularly impressed by the 2 dishwashers!! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. The only ...more
The apartment was in a great position for getting to all the spots in Wexford town, the bus station, the main street, restaurants, the opera theatre, the Tesco ( a big supermarket), but was still quiet at night, although the apartment was next to the main street. The owners were very helpful and friendly. On the second day, as our stay was 3 weeks, the owner took us to the city to show how the city looked like. She took us to the hospital and super markets. Thanks to the owner, i got lots of information at that time. That helped us a lot! All facilities were nice, I liked the sofa and the dou...more
Fantastic property, great experience all round .....................................................
Very well appointed apartment, on the beach, opposite a great restaurant. What more did we need? Family break for two with a 3 and a 6 year old. We loved it. We highly recommend this apartment. We will be back next year.
We had a great short break in this lovely house and our host was brilliant. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a relaxing getaway for a few days!
Fantastic location, walk to everything in Kilarney, a great little town! Clean, convenient but sterile. A few issues, only 1 small towel per person for a week with 4 golfers. Not enough TP, and sparse but adequate cookware. Living room is roomy but only a tiny couch and kitchen chairs. Not adequate for us to sit down and watch the games. Would highly recommend they put a large couch with room for 4. Only real failure was bed situation. I specifically asked for 4 single beds when inquiring about the property, and very clearly, repeatedly emphasized this as we had 4 men staying there. I...more
This stay was absolutely perfect. We booked as a work trip as we were making a small short film in Kilmore Quay, and Martin, our host, could not have been more helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond for us, even picking us up from the station when we were stuck without a bus or a car and helped us find our way around ! The property itself was immaculate, really well furnished and a pleasure to stay in. Would be perfect for big families, excellent views of the castle, everything you could need for a self catering property.
Stayed here recently with my family and had a great few days.house was perfect, very spacious and little added extras we didnt expect.location was fabulous..couldnt ask for better.only minor fault was some services advised in welcome book were not available but this was nothing too major.overall a great experince and would recommend to all.
This apartment was perfect for us- lots of space and right in the middle of town so everything we needed was accessible. There is a cooker and washer/dryer so we were able to feel right at home. The beds are extremely comfortable :) Anita is a brilliant host and was so helpful during our stay!
Great location. Very uncomfortable beds and couch. Couch dirty. Nice bed linen. Entrance hallway very unclean and in need of renovation. Some dirty/worn out towels provided. Well equipped. Beautiful Georgian features e.g. fireplaces. Lovely outdoor seating area.
Lovely 3 bed house with plenty of space and a very impressive back garden. Only a few minutes walk into town and plenty of supermarkets close by.
The location was excellent. There were several things missing from our unit. We didn't have a frying pan, spatula, or other necessary kitchen items. One of the showers didn't work. There was no functional clothes dryer. We could have used some hand soap, house cleaning materias, or other small items like this.
Our group name is RCCG GWF We enjoyed our two nights stay in the holiday homes. The environment is lovely and the homes are well maintained. The staff are excellent. They have very good customer relations. Very polite and attended to our request immediately. The only thing that didn’t go very well with us is the check in time of 4pm.
An absolute disgrace! Horrendous experience. The showers were horrendous with the drains blocked and all the dirt came back up the drains leaving us standing in filthy water. No bins provided leaning us trying to dispose of rubbish by our feet while taking a trip to the beach. 5 chairs at table but we are family of 6. Couch filthy and unsuitable. House dreadful.. really filthy. Double bed in one of the rooms rather than 2 single for two of our kids. Not enough cups and all random brick brak …
The accommodation wad ideal for a family needing self catering accommodation to explore the area. Safe and great facilities for young children and adults. However... the sofa/chairs were grubby and had a bit of a "smell"' from previous past users. The upholstery should be wipe down for cleanliness reasons and hygiene. I didn't like sitting on them.when the kids were in bed to relax. That was the only gripe. Great that I could wash and dry clothes and cook meals to keep our holiday costs down.
Lovely house, nice space, well maintained except for shutters, very clean. Our welcome by management in Spain was awful. We were told we disturbed their lunch, she called me Cathy on the phone? Also told me I wasn't listening to directions given. Very shocking to be spoken to in that manner. On the first night we raised concern that two bedroom shutters were not working. We were told they were always like that and we were the only people to complain in 12 years. As a result we had to phone the Irish office to get Caroline involved (who advised she was in the house last year and the shitters w...more
Trip was tainted by a number of irritating add ons and requirements. Took the gloss off a potentiallly lovely stay. A poor welcome to a lovely part of Ireland £100 security deposit on arrival Charge for towels Meter reading Need Strip beds and deliver to reception Need to deliver rubbish Not sufficient utensils in house No cleaning supplies in house Would prefer to pay slight premium to have included
House very comfortable and in great location. Beach fab lovely walks.got to explore the area.old head of kinsale fota lsland Charles Fort kinsale and Cork city all with in easy access.
Firstly, all my dealings with the girls in Relax Ireland were so smooth and pleasant. They were the most friendly and helpful people, a pleasure to deal with. The cottage itself was above and beyond what we expected. Amazing location with fabulous views. Clean, welcoming and roomy. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances one needs for their stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and this company!
Quite good but a few improvements needed. 1.front door v stiff needs attention. 2 shower on ground floor, we were unable to operate it. 3suggest a notice with insteuctions on ooeration of showers and the heaters
