We recently hosted a 50th birthday celebration staying in Winery, Thatched and Flint. The accommodation is beautiful and very well appointed. The social space is amazing and lots of room for our party - even if the weather wasn't kind to us. The hosts were very accommodating and helped with any requests. We had an amazing weekend - cant recommend highly enough!
Amazing house with stunning views. The property has everything you would need for a large group, including a heated swimming pool with beautiful landscape. My favourite spot was the fully equipped Bar - just bring your drinks. The hosts are very good , flexible and kept great communication throughout. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Higher Wiscombe cottages.
Hanks Annexe is an amazing place to stay, the view from the balcony was stunning, very peaceful, location wise not far form the beaches and easy to get around. Lorna was very accommodating in letting us check in earlier as well, helpful throughout the booking procedure and when we arrived too.
This accommodation is fantastic. The facilities are superb and the location is beautiful. Would recommend 100%.

We were made to feel so welcome by Elaine, who had even put our supermarket delivery away for us! Everything about our stay at Higher Wiscombe was wonderful and we will definitely return. A beautiful, tranquil place!
This is our second stay. First was in Flint, which we loved and this time we enjoyed the Thatched Barn. Higher Wiscombe is an absolutely fabulous place to stay for us and Henry our black labrador. He adores the 52 acres of fields to run in and the barn is luxurious for all, which can be hard to find in dog friendly properties. Lorna and Alistair are perfect hosts but never intrusive. Perfect location with lovely seaside towns within a short drive. Exmouth has a huge sandy beach, Sidmouth has wonderful selection of independent and restaurants.
