We stayed at Chalet Gloribel in early July 2024 for a summer getaway. The chalet's charm and comfort made us feel at home. The chalet in Les Pèlerins area offers beautiful views of Les Bossons Glacier, Aiguille du Midi, and various Alpine mountain views from a number of windows and backyard. This flat is located in a very small property (2 apartments located on ground and first floor). It seems to be immersed in the nature, with a private garden and the river just in front. But in the reality you are also immersed in the center of Chamonix ! I strongly suggest Edelweiss apartment to relax in Chamonix !
Superb chalet, almost brand new, spacious, and a "home from home" feel. They've thought of everything and it's in a good location to walk to restaurants etc. I'd absolutely book again - don't hesitate.
This Chalet was the perfect place to stay whilst on our ski holiday in Chamonix. The accommodation is homely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With comfortable beds and an amazing downstairs bathroom which includes a sauna, it was beyond what was expected. The location of the chalet was ideal. Its a short walk to the city centre where there are lots of amazing restaurants to chose from and also a short walk to the main bus station which provides links to many of the ski locations. Such a great location and lovely place to stay while enjoying beautiful Chamonix. Paige was super responsive to all of our needs. Loved the patio and it's view of the mountains the most! A great spot for a glass of wine and to unwind from a day of exploration.

Our stay was wonderful. The chalet is newly renovated, fully equipped (washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen) and very clean. The location is fantastic, in a quiet neighbourhood with hiking trails out the back door. We would definitely book with Chamonix All Year again as they were responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Very nice clean, bright, well positioned apartment 5 minutes from the centre but far enough away to not be disturbed. The owners have clearly done more than just leave an empty shell like some apartments are, and it feels like home. The balcony is great, views of Les Drus, the Aiguilles, Mont Blanc and over the town. Interesting to watch the various people wandering up and down the hill from the balcony. Feedback form our stay at Paradise 25 Beautiful apartment and the location is very good for our holiday expectations. We will probably book the same one for next year! One thing of improvement.: Garbage disposal was hard to find. Maybe a map to show where the container is located will make it easier. First class from the minute we arrived. Location ideal for summer trail (high and low) access, easy and very pleasant 30min walk to chamonix centre. 5mins from the train station, with free access up and down the valley courtesy of chamonix all year. Fast response for any assistance (we needed a baby chair, it was delivered instantly). Highly recommend, book before someone else does :)

Great property and close to all main slopes. Also a short walk to the main town centre with amenities around.
The apartment was in a really good location and the facilities were great. Swimming pool was empty each time we went in and the views were amazing! The walk to town was short and scenic by the river. The only downside for us, was it didn’t have a washing machine which would have been handy for us with 2 young children.

This new chalet is perfect for two families or a group of friends (max 8). It is very beautiful, quiet area and very confortable ! Even the wood for the fireplace is available. We recommand this chalet and the team of Chamonix All Year !
This was my third stay in Villa Vallet and again it was a great experience. Perfect apartment and a perfect location with easy access to everything.
The apartment is in a very nice location in a quiet neighbourhood but still at the heart of Chamonix center. Two big balconies with good views. Apartment is in a very good condition.
We really enjoyed our stay at La Cordee penthouse. The apartment is beautiful, is decorated wonderfully and has a splendid view on the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and stylish.
We stayed for one week with a family of 6. This apartment was perfect for us. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, plenty of beds and plenty of seats to spread out. Most of the windows had amazing views of the French Alps. The location was extremely convenient. We loved going to the coffee shop Shouka directly next to the apartment. This apartment is about a 5 min walk to a small train stop and 10 min to the main Mont Blanc train stop. Train passes are included in the stay and that was a huge bonus as we utilized it to explore surrounding villages.
WE HAD GREAT TIME AT CHALET PANACHE, THE PROPERTY IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED. THE BED AND PILLOWS COULD BE IMPROVED IN MY PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW, AND I WOULD SUGGEST TO INCLUDE FRESH TOWELS AND LINENS WHEN YOU ASK AND PAY FOR HOUSEKEEPING.

We stayed with a family of five, and the apartment served us well during our stay. The location was excellent and views from the garden terasse magnificent. Spacious living room provided opportunities for relaxing, and kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils. Also washing machine was useful.
A modest but very adéquate appartement . Very spacious, clean and newly furnished. Very convenient for the town. We really enjoyed are stay and will return. Good value .
Thai is the best place you can dream of in chamonix. The apartment is fully equipped and extremely comfortable. The view is symphyse tremendous. I could stay all day long on the terrasse contemplating the lake and the mont blanc. The complex is also perfect with all you need for post activity - billard, babyfoot, pool, sauna etc... We were there in early summer and we were almost alone. And the calm is Incredible. Although it is not in center of chamonix you can get there easily by car in a couple of minutes. Really not an issue.
We have been using Chamonix all Year for more than a decade and have been always satisfied! The team, Klaudia in that occasion, is always very professional and La Cordee is certainly the best location to enjoy Chamonix with kids. Highly recommended

House was beautiful and comfortable. Great location that is walking distance to many activities and walking paths and short drive to town. The staff helped answer questions through what's app and was very responsive. We came all the way from USA and hope to do again next year.
Spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the town but not noisy and close to the ski bus stops. All the equipment you need for self catering and five minutes away from the extremely good Super U supermarket. The balcony has wonderful views and catches the sun but the green floor covering needs replacing as it was a trip hazard. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and bathrooms but a walk in shower in the apartment would make it even better. Not a problem as we’ve stayed there twice and plan to do so again

We spent a great week in chalet des Amis at Chamonix. A cosi cottage at 10 min by walk to the city center. The support from the office of Chamonix All Year was always quick and warm.
Excellent customer service. Accommodation was great.. with everything you could possibly want. The beds were very comfortable and the bath plus shower were lovely. Even in the heatwave we could keep the apartment cool. There is music late into the evening which is part of the charm of Chamonix. Great location.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Paradis Ski Apartment and we absolutely love it. Brilliant central location, superb terrace with spectacular view and every in the flat you need for a perfect stay. The CAY team is also brilliant. Quick to respond to sort out little problems and also with a friendly helpful attitude. Special thanks to Paola for all her support and help! We will definitely be back next year!
We stayed at this apartment in July as a couple. Apartment had everything we needed. Very convenient location in the center of Chamonix, just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and swimming pool. Despite being in the town centre, it was quiet. We would stay here again. This was our third holiday with Chamonix All Year who we've always found friendly, helpful and reliable. Chalet Bear is an attractive modern property about ten minutes walk from the town centre. It's location is quiet and secluded but with quick access to the main road to Les Houches and the nearby Acro Parc. It was easy to give this unit all fives. The living area is large compared with many and all the equipment is available for an "easy living" stay. In addition, there is a bakery and ski hire shop very near to the main entrance to the building. "Chamonix All Year did us proud".
We stayed at Chalet Couttet as a group of 8 for 6 nights. Everything from booking to check out went as smooth as possible. The team at Chamonix All Year provided fast support all through the way. We had the perfect location with a view of mountains 360 degrees. Our backyard was facing Aguille du Midi which is a must see if you are visiting Chamonix. L appartement est tres bien situé. Nous avons déjà loué plusieurs appartements dans cette résidence et c est la première fois comme nous sommes déçus concernant la literie. Lits pas très larges pour 2 et matelas complètement usés, creux au milieu du lit , canapé lit inutilisable. De plus, il y a des rallonges électriques partout dans l appartement( cuisine, salon,chambres), ce qui n est pas conforme et n est pas du tout sécuritaire.
The location of this property is perfect - right in the heart of Chamonix, but in a quiet building and facing the river. This is particularly important during UTMB week since accommodations facing the other direction hear the race announcer at the finish line 24/7. And Chamonix All Year was great to work with.
Great location convenient to nearby ski areas and town. House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to town and the ski bus. As noted, the stairs are narrow and the second floor a bit crowded if you are over 6 feet/1.8 meters. Wonderful views of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. Kitchen is well equipped should you choose to cook in.
Great property with all the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Shame the facilities (gym, climbing wall and pool) were often used as a play area for children rather than families respecting the communal areas.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Spacious living area and main bathroom. Ensuite walk in shower is off the smallest bedroom but not a problem to a family. Kitchen and dining area ideal for self catering. Right in the old Chamonix town with plenty of excellent food shops.
Really enjoyed our stay in Apartment Lou Lou in February 2024. The location is amazing. I was a little worried it would be too close to the main street and be noisy, but the apartment is on the river side and very quiet. Love the terrace that looks out over the river. Apartment is well equipped. Wifi is adequate (not so good for posting bigger files like video though).
The location is great and in the center.close to everything.The view from the balcony is wonderful.It is great to sit in a beautiful scenery.we were in very hot days in August and it was hard .air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan is a must in the summertime.In the entrance to the bedroom on the first floor the wooden parqet is cracking and it is disturbing.The apartment is in a second floor with no elevator.nuce.The private parking is very comfortable.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location just opposite Flegere Tele-Cabin. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay in Chamonix La Praz. Chamonix All Year were excellent in arranging our Ski Hire at short notice and communication with them was very efficient and seamless. Will definitely recommend both Chamonix All Year and the apartment.

We chose this property based on location and the capacity to accommodate 6 people. The only things needing attention were a few of the internal windows that couldn’t properly shut, and the bathrooms need to be renovated. Aside from these minor things the property was great as our base to explore this corner of the French Alps in winter.
Great property in a great location. Ideal for our 3 week ski based stay. Well looked after, with good communication, and would happily consider a return visit. And would recommend. Only issues would be on the attention to some of the detail which could easily be rectified, for example a good kitchen let down by the lack of bread board, bread knife, colander etc. and a couple of defects which were rectified once noted. Very good stay in chamonix. The hiuse was nice and very comfortable. I think you can get it a litte more clean. We had some troubles with the tv and the remite controls. Nothing important!!!
It’s not often we get the chance for a long weekend in Chamonix and it was an extra treat staying in this apartment. The welcome was excellent and the stay hassle free and what an apartment - town centre, great beds, all the facilities you would need and the towels are something else!
The locations was superb - right in the centre of Chamonix and yet quiet enough surroundings. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and the trains station, etc. We have stayed in Chamonix many times over the years and this has been one of the most central. The flat is rather tiny but good enough for 2 adults and a little dog basically to spend most of the time outdoors. The apartment had a great location, near the busstop Place Mont Blanc and the railwaystation and close to all restaurants and shopping. Close by there’s a very nice bakery where you can get fresh bread and nice bakeries every day. You can easily reach the lifts to the Brevent skiing area by walk. The apartment was comfortable for a 4 person family, quite small but still suitable. The kitchen equipment was ok, and it was easy to prepare some of the meals at the house. The swimmingpool and saunas were a bit crowded but it was possible to book a sauna for your own use for 30min, that was nice. ...more
We very much liked the apartment, which is located right next to the Brevent lift, and has great views over Mont Blanc. The bedroom is a bit tight when configured with twin beds. Well equipped. Ski room on same level as entrance hall, which avoids a trek down to basement and is welcome. Bus stop right next door.

The apartment is just in the centre of Chamonix close to all main attractions and facilities. The customer service was simply top and always at disposal for any questions. The cost is not low but it is defintely worth it for all the amenities included and facilities of the apartment. We will come back soon!

This apartment was exactly what we needed - and not more. It is furnished with simple furnishings but has all of the basic requirements covered. Expect serviceable furniture but don't expect luxurious comfort. I stayed there with a friend for a few days of spring skiing. The location is perfect - close enough to the Planprax gondola to walk in your ski boots. It is a bit of an uphill climb to the gondola but many people walk up from central Chamonix donned with full ski gear. The location is also perfect for accessing the restaurant and shopping streets. Beautiful apartment but the second bedroom is a little bit small. A problem however: the mattress in the first bedroom is destroy. Globally this apartment is very nice for a small stay.
Nous avons passé une super semaine à Chamonix dans cet appartement en plein centre. Malgré le manque de neige en station et du coup la non possibilité de passer par le Savoy pour monter au Brévent, en 10mn de marche nous étions aux télécabines. Super emplacement pour profiter de Chamonix à pied et de toutes ses infrastructures. L'appartement est très calme, bien isolé. Nous étions 2 famille avec 3 enfants. Seul bémol les canapés lit dont les matelas étaient très dur... sinon appartement parfait!

The layout of the apartment was nice, good kitchen with induction stove. The beds were nice with electrical outlets at good places for phones, etc. There were minor issues with the heating, being very hard to regulate and the electricity went out for some hours when we were cooking with to many items at the same time.
