The Chalet was incredible. Our stay wonderfull. Very clear and the location is great (supermarket and great butchery very close). The room are very confortable and we love the spa. We really recommend this chalet. we will come back in order to enjoy a great time again.

Our absolut recommendation for Chalet Juno in Chamonix. It was a very cosy and well designed chalet. The view from the house and garden is fantastic. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the center. With a nice garden. No noise - peace and quiet. We could really relax. And it took only 5 min to walk for shopping and about 15 min to the center of Chamonix.
We had a great stay overall, chalet is nice and comfortable, but had a few issues during our stay: 1) On the day of check-in we were notified that the stovetop is broken and we have 4 portable rings. This was unfortunate as they took a lot of working space in the kitchen, were too small for a lot of the pans and pots, were heating slowly. We were 10 people, so that made cooking slow, inconvenient and crowded. We had to use the portable rings the whole week. 2) On the day of arrival we discovered that the duvets are all double which was inconvenient for us as we had a baby sharing a bed. Ther...more
We were at Chalet Panache for 14 days and it is an absolutely wonderful chalet to rent. It is located in a very peaceful part of Chamonix, just a short walk out of town which makes for very quiet evenings! The kitchen has a great set-up, comes with an abundance of kitchen tools and is well organized. The outdoor space is beautiful with nice views of Mont Blanc and a great gas bbq. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and really well equipped. It felt like a home from home. All fittings and equipment were of an excellent quality providing a very relaxing environment. The tv and entertainment systems were so easy to use, providing all the English channels we required. Being so near to Les Praz railway station made the location hard to beat. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return soon. We have used Chamonix All Year on many occasions and always found them to be extremely helpful and friendly.
The view of the highest quality and impact. We could've sat looking at it all day...That sets the standard for everything within the chalet itself. It had everything we needed. All en-suite rooms is fabulous, especially when we're trying to get out early for a hike. The layout was great and the inside space worked for the odd time we sat inside owing to heavy rain. There's good supermarkets nearby. We didn't eat out largely because sitting in the garden with that view was so special, nowhere else was likely to compare, so can't comment on that aspect. This was my family's second time in Chamonix and first time in this chalet. The home is comfortable, spacious, and has incredible views of the Mt. Blanc massif. Main level is very functional with a well appointed kitchen. Home is within a reasonable walking distance of downtown Chamonix and conveniently located relative to area lifts, trails, etc. The property management company was responsive and helpful. A few relatively minor items: With temperatures rising and summers getting hotter, I'd suggest the owners provide more fans. And getting in/out of the driveway takes some practice...more
This was an incredible apartment for our family for a week in Chamonix. Amazing location, very clean, well equipped. Great for a large family, everyone with their own rooms and bathrooms. This is an awesome place! It’s in a great location, in the middle of town but tucked away from the Main Street and very private. It’s also close to ski busses. The service was perfect, we will be back :)
This apartment was, next to its fantastic location, the best equipped apartment we've ever been to. Anything you ever thought of was there. Customer service was excellent, too. Everything was well described and quick response provided to our questions. We had a fantastic week in Chamonix.

This new chalet is perfect for two families or a group of friends (max 8). It is very beautiful, quiet area and very confortable ! Even the wood for the fireplace is available. We recommand this chalet and the team of Chamonix All Year !
We booked Chalet du Cristal Blanc for our family holiday in July, and we absolutely loved it. The chalet is beautifully designed, and the views from the terrace and from sitting room area were gorgeous. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room had everything you needed, and the comfy mezzanine area with the TV was an added bonus. The beds were very firm for our tastes which I why I've scored less on comfort. Being within easy walking distance of Chamonix town centre was really appreciated - we'd always stayed further out before - and the nearest bakery is a short walk away as well as the ridic...more
I stayed here with a group of 6 adults. We loved the apartment. It was very nicely decorated and felt cosy. The view from the apartment/balcony was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for all cooking purposes. The washing machine was great to have. Location was amazing, right off the main street and only a 5 min walk to ski lift at Brevent. 3 min walk to the bus to Le Tour/Grand Montet.

This was our 3. family vacation in Chamonix, but the best location and apartment The apartment was very clean, nice decor and with morning sun on the terrace. The area was nice and quiet, with a short morning walk along the river to The petit social coffee shop and grocery store where we bought bread. We will definitely be back

Great location. The ski lift is nearby and within walking distance. It's a 5-minute walk to the center, and a short walk back up the hill. The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of dishes. Small, cozy apartments.

A beautiful, spacious and well equipped appartment, on a complex, About 20 - 30 minute pleasant riverside walk into Chamonix. No nearby shops or bars, Closest restaurant the Cremerie, which was very good. however location very peaceful with stunning views. Going the other way, about a 20 minute walk to Les Pras and the Flegere cable car. A 5 - 10 minute walk to the bus stop with a regular service into Chamonix and beyond once you’ve worked out the bus system. The only negative I would say is that being an appartment, we sometimes felt a bit overlooked by other appartments.

The ground level apartment was spotlessly clean, and extremely well laid out. The view was spectacular and access to the hot tub and garden made relaxing outside a very communal affair. Eating at the outside terrace is a must, but be prepared for your food to get cold before you can take your eyes off the view! The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery to avoid unnecessary washing up. Great view, easy access to town. Rooms are on the small side. Everything is clean and updated. Do get the Aguille de Midi reservations right away!
Pros: the apartment is in a very good location both in terms of amenities as well as bus stops for the slopes. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Nice balcony view of the village and mountains. Would stay again. Cons: very small ski storage. Could only fit max 4 pairs of skis without boots and helmets but the apartment has 3 bedrooms and can sleep more than 6 people. Also, shower water pressure a bit low and water not hot enough most of the time.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. When the toaster turned out to be broken, they brought us a new one right away — that kind of quick, no-fuss response says a lot about how well this place is managed. The apartment itself was spotless, and the view of Mont Blanc from the balcony was incredible — we loved having breakfast and snacks out there. The living room and bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. We'd definitely stay here again!

The staff at CAY are excellent. Getting in to the property was well organised and easy . Russell was great and changed the bed linen every week and left us extra towels. We had no problems at all during our stay. Keep up the good work.
We've stayed in this apartment previously and consider it one of the nicest in Chamonix. It's in a very central location although we found this to be to our detriment on this occasion. Owing to the very hot temperatures we slept with the windows wide open to catch the cooling breeze and whilst this was successful it meant we were disturbed by the noise of revellers in the restaurants and. bars, possibly encouraged by the World Cup football. Good snow this year in the Chamonix valley but the avalanche risk necessitated closure of the slopes and lifts from Le Tour and Argentiere to Flegere and Brevent for the week. So transport essential to get to a very crowded Les Houches with limited packed parking and on to St Gervais, Megeve or Courmayeur. Winter tyres essential to get to and from the chalet, especially as the snow plough only partially cleared the lane as far as the next chalet. 302 des Alpes was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to relax comfortably with all the amenities we needed after skiing. Hope to be back!
We stayed here as a group of 10 friends and felt like we had plenty of space and the ability to cook for everyone. The accommodation is lovely and the view from the hottub is spectacular. I'd definitely book again. Only slight negatives there was a maintenance guy out in the garden a couple of days installing irrigation and the BBQ didn't work.

Bel appartement, toutefois très très peu de services, sommes restés 9 jours. Aucun nettoyage et aucun produits de nettoyage fourni. Aucun lessive des serviettes, aucun remplacement des serviettes, aucune serviette supplémentaire (1/personne), en plus d’être vieilles et défraîchies. Pas de sécheuses non plus pour les laver nous même. Fête de la musique jusqu’à 4h00 du matin, trop! À ce prix vaut mieux aller à l’hôtel.
Lovely chalet, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location in the centre of town. The bedroom at the front could be a little noisy at night but that was not unexpected and didn’t bother us. Super helpful and very responsive hosts.
We spent a very nice summer week in this outstanding lodge. Lots of space, a wonderful garden and a great location. Last but not least, the Chamonix All Year Team was proactive and nice. If we go back to Chamonix, we will for sure book with CAY !
Chamois is a really wonderful apartment for a visit to Chamonix. It sits just outside the center of town, so everything is easily walkable but the apartment is very quiet. There are 4 bedrooms (room to sleep 8) and each bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom, which was perfect for us since we had 3 couples plus a child. The kitchen has been recently updated and is quite nice and well stocked. We only made breakfast (and lots of coffee) but it had everything we needed. Stayed in this appartment for the second time with my family of four. Great to be situated in the heart of Chamonix and to have a balcony with a view over le Brévent. Practical kitchen and two nice bedrooms.
We stayed at Chalet Martinique for two weeks in May/June. It’s a beautiful chalet, in a quiet area, with a lovely private garden with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. An easy 5-7 minute walk to the centre of Chamonix. The downstairs living area is very inviting, attractive and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are nice too but there’s a lack of space for storing non fridge food and, as a previous reviewer mentioned, the pans need replacing. Chamonix was our last stop on a tour of Europe that started 4 weeks earlier. Being returning customers we booked the Loulou apartment after receiving an email re: last minute discounted bookings. In terms of the booking process I cannot praise CAY highly enough - we were kept informed at every step (we did take a bit of time to decide on the finishing point of our trip) and the booking process was very efficient. We had a great time in the apartment during late August. It has great space, a lovely balcony to sit in the sun and look at the wonderful view of Mont Blanc. Very central with relatively easy parking close by. (albeit not right on the premises). Chamonix All Year were excellent to deal with. Their description of the apartment and instructions for access were perfect. We could not have been happier with our accommodation in Chamonix.
Overall, the apartment was in a fantastic central location and was kitted out to a very high level. The view of Mount Blanc from the balcony, eating breakfast every morning was breathtaking.
Everything was great. The only thing was that the Skilocker was not big enough for 12 pair of skiis.
We stayed here for 4 nights in August. Great location for the bars and restaurants. Chalet was clean and comfortable. Great hot tub for after those gruelling walks. Slight road noise, but you zone out after a while. I would recommend this place . The team were very responsive and were on hand to help with anything
We (two adults) stayed here for a few days before starting the Mont Blanc Trail and were extremely happy with this apartment. Cozy, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The location was perfect: close to bus lines and the train station, short walk to restaurants, markets, cafes and shops. Right above the town's fabulous Saturday Farmer's Market, and alongside the river (a great white noise machine to sleep by). Gladly recommend to others and would stay here again if/when we return to Chamonix.
We had a great stay in Chamonix and the apartment was an ideal base for us to go hiking and visiting. We don't own a car, but found that bus station, train station and supermarkets etc were all within a 5 minute radius of the apartment on foot, as well as the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The street can get busy in the evenings, as it's lined with bars and restaurants, but the double glazing is very effective. It is our 4th stay here and we love the place. Nicely upgraded details inside since the last time we stayed here in 22. There is a recurring issue with the boiler fuses, and also noise from the boiler itself. The building itself now sorely needs some exterior painting and mainenance. I might be stricter on my points since I compare it with previous stays. We will anyway return next year.
We had a really great time. It was quiet, well located, just a little close to the road, but that's a minor detail compared to everything else. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. The pool was lovely, never too crowded. A perfect week.

We had a fantastic stay at the Edelweiss apartment. The location was excellent, the apartment was very clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Customer service was also great from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

A comfortable stay in a brilliant location. We loved the apartment with the only slight drawback being that the mattress on the main bed was a bit soft for us. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We’ve been staying in this flat for three years. We love the view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. The flat is quiet, bright and well-equipped, and meets our expectations as it’s close to the Brévent cable car. The agency staff are responsive and attentive.
Thank you very much for a lovely stay at le Brevent 2 - we found all the arrival and departure instructions very simple and the team were happy to help and easy to contact throughout our stay. I just marked it down by one for comfort as the bedding on the double bed was a tiny duvet so we were fighting over it a bit but the team offered us some more bedding when I asked the next day. Great location and everything you could need for a lovely ski holiday. If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement, they could do with trying to provide a bit more storage space, but there isn't a lot of option...more

We had the best stay at le Paradis 18. The apartment was well equipped, clean and very comfortable! The location is perfect - close to the ski lift, bus stops and grocery stores. Walking distance to everything in the village!!
