We arrived at the venue for our prepaid two day stay ,only to find that the place was not prepared at all and nobody was expecting us! We found alternative accommodation in a hotel not far away which was very fortunate. The gardener showed us the room which was much less than we expected and a far cry from what the advertisement depicted. A fold out couch as the bed etc. I feel this dwelling is sub standard at the priced
We had a very pleasant week in late September in this apartment with the most memorable view of the Conwy estuary from both the main bedroom and the lounge. Even the weather was good
The instructions how to access and use the property are terrible. It says the lockbox with the key to access is near the hot tub. It took 40 minutes to find that lockbox in the dark and cold - it is in totally a non-obvious place as far away from the front door as you can imagine. You need to read a LONG instruction manual to use the property. Which is incorrect and incomplete. It says the remote to turn off the ambient lighting in the kitchen is on the window sill. It wasn’t.
