I booked this cottage for a few days for family who were coming up from Exeter and the welcome they received and the service I received was excellent.
I would highly recommended this as a holiday base for anyone.
Our third visit and not the last. The focus estate is lovely Arts and Crafts influenced house that wears its history well - the East Wing had lovely ceiling and character furniture and views down to Largs and over to Cumbrea - once we had unpacked we sat down in the sitt room and experienced a genuine moment of peace and relaxation. Rare. All the facilities and equipment one might need, an emphasis on recycling and splendid but unobtrusive hosts.
