Peace, luxury, an outstanding view - we hoped for all three and in all three our hopes have been surpassed. Our luxury Scottish lodge sits high up above the pretty fishing village of Lochinver which edges the loch below a backdrop of tree-clad hills and beyond, the Assynt mountain range characterised by stunningly shaped Suilven and Canisp.

Latest Review - June 2025

It was our 8th visit to Waterloo Lodge as a family, and yet again, we had a wonderful time. Our grandson loved having all the space to run around with his toys and spread out with his drawing set. The adults had plenty of space too, and the TVs in bedrooms were a hit. Great place for family meals and quizzing. Adults made full use of sauna and hot tub too. So relaxing and the views are amazing.
