What a fantastic place, we had 4 of the houses for my 60th, the Forge was a special oasis for me and my wife to escape to. Everything was perfect, and Mel made sure we had everything we needed.
We are already looking at our 2026 diaries to return to this beautifully situated and comfortable cottage . A lovely discovery set in a beautiful Herefordshire estate but very private with glorious views overlooking vineyards and orchards teeming with wildlife. We were welcomed by Mel , the property’s manager who answered our queries promptly and looked after us very well . We loved the quiet and the privacy of this house and can’t wait to return.
Wonderful week at Gardener's Cottage. Lovely old property very suited to dogs and children. Made good use of the pool - would have liked our session to have been longer. Great temperature in the pool. Good location with plenty to do within half an hour away. Would definitely book again.
We booked the Sherriffs for the second time to celebrate our birthdays, at 70 and now at 80! To be able to share this amazing venue with family and close friends, nineteen of us in total, was the best present ever. The facilities have got even better, now with a spar pool, and even in late November, the rooms were warm and inviting. The welcome pack supports local produce as well as their own British Cassis - a real treat. The recomended catering team for our celebratory dinner did us proud.
