We loved coming back to White Heron - and had a cracking time! Mel looked after us brilliantly as usual! Especially enjoyed the new paddle tennis courts.
We are already looking at our 2026 diaries to return to this beautifully situated and comfortable cottage . A lovely discovery set in a beautiful Herefordshire estate but very private with glorious views overlooking vineyards and orchards teeming with wildlife. We were welcomed by Mel , the property’s manager who answered our queries promptly and looked after us very well . We loved the quiet and the privacy of this house and can’t wait to return.

This was our first weekend away as a book club and we all had a fabulous time staying in The Sherriffs, which was perfect for our needs. We loved sitting around the kitchen table enjoying meals together and doing a murder mystery. The lounge was perfect for gathering in the evenings and relaxing in the hot tub was a bonus after a busy day. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife nearby and sitting in the sunshine (we were very lucky with the weather).
