We were hoping for peaceful, comfortable accommodation, and Swallows Lodge was all of that and far more! The lodge was spacious, well-furnished and spotlessly clean. There were many thoughtful touches such as a welcome tray with delicious lemon drizzle cake, milk in the fridge, cleaning products and cloths in the kitchen. The lodges are set in idyllic surroundings overlooking a beautiful trout pond where we saw kingfisher and other wildlife, and with views over the surrounding countryside. A perfectly beautiful location really peaceful for a relaxing holiday. With good fishing. Will definitely return
