This is our 6th visit to Parker’s Place. It is very obviouse we all love our family week here and have already confirmed our booking for 2027
The beach is only 8mins away, The. views from the 2 terraces are stunning and there is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing. There are two lovely lounges, a modern kitchen with everything one could possibly need and comfortable beds.
Jill, the property manager, is on the end of a phone and was very helpful in sorting out a small problem.
I thoroughly recommend a visit.

The third time we have stayed at this beautiful home. The house is extremely well equipped and there was plenty of room for 11 adults and a baby. As each bedroom is ensuite there was comfort and privacy for us all especially welcome when we arent all related!

We love Polzeath and Parker’s Place. Amazing house with plenty of room for several families just a few hundred metres from the beach. Well equipped kitchen (though annoying you always have to bring salt & pepper!!).
Hosts super accessible and responsive when we had minor issue that was promptly resolved.

Work stations in a couple of bedrooms would be very useful as many people work remotely now. And the internet needs boosters.

Parker’s Place has been our surfing/beach sports family holiday for 7 years and we love it. Angus and I have 3 children with married partners and 9 grandchildren and it is our family get together every year. 3 of the grandchildren have graduated from University and appear in a staggered fashion as do their partners and parents who are all working, so we are able to keep the numbers down to 14 at any time. The owners have made it a very homely atmosphere with all facilities covered. We cannot rate it too highly.

This is a really lovely house and ideal for a large family in the north of Cornwall. It is extremely well equipped, lovely spacious bedrooms and plenty of areas to relax in.
The view is spectacular and sitting on the upper terrace early in the morning with a cup of tea is almost my favourite time of day.
The lower terrace has sunbeds and very comfortable patio furniture. It also has a hot tub which has never been used as far as we know although my grandchildren would dearly like it to be up and running.
We were very grateful for the welcome pack awaiting us
Our week has now been and gone for another year. This has been our fifth visit and each one has its special memories. We are already anticipating 2026.

We recently celebrated a big birthday with family and friends at Parker’s Place and were delighted in every way. We were initially a bit concerned about booking direct but from the initial enquiry the owners were super helpful and quick to respond. The property is stunning. Perfect location, unbeatable views, 6 luxury bedrooms and bathrooms with ample space to enjoy time together. We would definitely highly recommend and are looking for an excuse to return. Thank you!
