Wills Barn is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. The property is very spacious. The decor and furnishings are stunning and of the highest standard. It is hard to fault the property but I’d make these small suggestions: the lighting is romantic but it was difficult to find anywhere to read once it was dark; there is no breadbin or anywhere to store non-perishable foodstuffs in the kitchen. We had a superb time here for a birthday weekend. It is a excellent property, lots of space, stunning views, high quality touches. Great outdoor space. Lots of table tennis fun. We only needed some extra kids plates and bowls otherwise everything was sorted! We combined our stay with a wonderful visit to the organic garden and chew valley lake. Idyllic weekend.
We stayed at Coombe Barn over the bank holiday for my husband's 70th birthday. What a great find! A beautiful quirky, but large and comfortable house. We were 6 adults 2 children and 2 dogs! The accommodation was perfect with the two girls loving their big room. They were also great fans of the cinema room!! The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time in the beautiful garden. We visited Cheddar Gorge caves and had a lovely walk by Blagdon lake. The New Inn must have the best pub view in the country.
