We arrived in the dark but were wowed when we opened the door and turned on hte lights as it is so much bigger than it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed flicking through the cookery books in the evening and listening to vinyls. Would be handy to include walking directions (and whether you can walk across the fields) but all in all it was a magical place in glorioius countryside. We also visited the Yeovalley Organic Garden whcih was lovely and their pub, the New Inn, where the pie was delicious! Thank you very much Yeo Valley for the stay!
We came over for a wedding and staying at Heronmere was a real treat - multiple bedrooms and three bathrooms made it ideal for a mixed group of adults and children. The elevated outlook looking over the Lake is 'to die for.' One evening we invited visitors over and enjoyed a bbq outside on the back patio - wonderful. Thoroughly recommended.
A really well equipped modern house which was perfect for our family gathering. Everything was provided including dairy products. We were really pleased that we chose this place.
