Ederline Farm Cottage was completely renovated in spring 2022. After initially operating as a guest house, it is now a beautifully appointed luxury self-catering cottage. The cottage forms part of a traditional farm courtyard, with two cottages on each side of the central archway, creating a charming and authentic setting.
The property offers three generous en-suite bedrooms, each with spacious walk-in showers; one en-suite also features a bath. All bedrooms are comfortably sized and furnished with super-king beds that can be converted into twin rooms if required. Each bed is fitted with top-of-the-range mattresses and all bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for added comfort.
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a full family meal. Facilities include a dishwasher, microwave, double oven, breakfast dresser, coffee machine, and an upright fridge/freezer. The kitchen enjoys views over the farm courtyard to the rear and far-reaching views across open fields to the front. A lockable door leads from the kitchen to a shared estate laundry room, where guests have access to washing machines and a tumble dryer.
The sitting room is warm and inviting, featuring a cosy log burner, Wi-Fi router, and a large flat-screen TV. A selection of games and puzzles is available, perfect for relaxed evenings by the fire with family and friends. The spacious entrance hall, accessed from the garden and parking area, is ideal for storing coats, boots, and outdoor gear.
Outside, the cottage benefits from ample parking for up to three cars. The garden is furnished with teak outdoor furniture, a mobile barbecue —an ideal spot to enjoy a cuppa or a wee dram and soak up the evening sun after a day exploring Argyll.
A minimum stay of four nights applies. During July and August, we generally operate weekly lets from Thursday to Thursday; however, please do enquire, as we are happy to help where late availability allows
