We have been staying for 6 years here 3rd time this year but I felt very disappointed on this visit for our wedding anniversary as the lodge was leaking in the kitchen down the wall on to the toaster and around the main door we only noticed as the drips were dropping on the metal of the toaster making a noise we placed a pan there and with in half a day it was half full and the noice started in the bed room we lifted up the blinds to find the right window was leaking quite badly it was running down it and then down the wall on to the bed ,the only thing we could use was the dressing gowns to help soak up the water and stop it running down on to the bed room the other window wasn’t as bad but it was still leaking it was like they needed sealing as u can feel the breeze though them , we did speak to a member of staff who said they were aware of it , I have always loved coming here each year but it’s starting to feel a little dated just little things like the kitchen floors lifting in places not good on bare feet some small holes in the decking area were it’s rotting some bits have been replaced already and the jacuzzi is stating to date the Hampshire garden one is new and more upto date and also the drive down the lane to the lodges is full of pot holes in you have a high value car like myself drive careful in the dark and wet as am hoping I haven’t damaged my front splitter Even at 5 miles hr , just little things need replacing and it would then get 5 stars like it used to do , am not sure about retuning next year as it’s a lot of money to spend your weekend mopping up water and worrying about rain coming in , but the park is nice and quiet and there is a park for children and a summer house with books and a vending machine in and also Tesco is 5 minutes drive down the road takes away are plenty we have tried a few over the years and found the one in Patrington the best so is the fish and chip shop .

A family stay that didn’t disappoint 2A 2C had a great time, upon arrival we were all amazed at the size of the lodge and the overall look of the place and this continued throughout our stay. A few little issues occurred during our stay that was no fault of the lodge or team (weather) but these were quickly and efficiently resolved which was brilliant service. Again no fault of the lodge or team unfortunately, there’s nothing in walking distance which we were aware of before coming. But there’s a few great places to visit and eat close by and if you speak to the team they provide good knowledge of the area and are able to give you plenty of advice on where to go. All in all we have had a brilliant few days and we have all said we would love to go back.

Excellent all round. Lovely relaxing atmosphere with views across the fields. Hot tub is de-stressing after a day out site seeing. Alex and family very welcoming with everything catered for. Extremely clean inside and out and very quiet for a good night’s sleep.

my husband and i have been to Fairview 6 times, and everytime is just as good as the first.
The cabin is always clean,has everything you need, the double bed is very comfortable and clean.
And outside on the decking is a well kept and clean Hottub which is tested by the owner every morning. The owners and staff are lovely cant do enough for you just a very relaxing place to stay.
We just love going to fairview.

Another relaxing stay in my favourite landrace lodge , stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfection , immaculately clean , lovely weather , stunning views and peace. Pure luxury in every way. Love the shower and the complimentary shampoos and body wash. I stay in this lodge at least twice a year. Will be back later in the year.

Needing a chilling break while my partner waits to go in hospital, we could not of found better. Lovely small quiet site, plenty of room between lodges. Although in the country still handy for getting supplies. Partington was less than a mile away with a lovely bakery and Withernsea was about three miles the other way with larger stores and plenty of good takeaways. The location of the lodge was excellent, completely private hot tub and decking area. Customer service was attentive, efficient and quick. Great little lodge park if you are looking for some peace and quiet with both dog friendly and no dog lodges. 3rd time we have stayed here and we will return.

My husband found this property for us and it was exceptional.
Clean, functional, cosy and comfortable. It was relaxing to be here. The hot tub is a bonus but I’d still stay without that.
I rarely have nothing to complain about but on this occasion it was perfect.

Loved our stay as always. Comfy beds, lovely hot tub and a real home from home for the weekend. That said, this lodge needs so TLC. The decking is starting to rot in a couple of places, with the hot tub steps seemingly moved off centre to try and cover it up. The hot tub steps also need replacing as starting to give way in one corner. Hot tub water lever was also a little low but really only a minor thing.
Despite those couple of things though, I still cannot recommend these lodges enough for a relaxing weekend away. We have been 3 times in the last 3 years and never want to check out at the end of it.

Absolutely stunning lodge and location. Would 100% recommend, we stayed here for a mini honeymoon after our wedding and it was perfect. Exactly what we needed, so peaceful and relaxing! I absolutely loved the hot tub, my wife couldn't use it due to being pregnant but i definitely made the most of it! Couldn’t fault a thing, we will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying and will be back.
This is the nicest hot tub lodge we have stayed at. Its very spacious and light. Very clean, comfortable and great value.
The hot tub is large, private and clean
Staff are super friendly. Kitchen is really well stocked. Beds are super comfortable. Absolutely no downsides for us

Enjoyed our stay. Facilities good. Sofa and outside sitting area really comfortable however the beds are not. Double bed very creaky and mattress not good at all. This is my only negative.

Me and my husband have stayed at Fairview 5 times now. And can honestly say we have enjoyed every stay. The lodge was very clean on arrival and the Hottub was just brilliant to relax.
Alex is really nice perlite man he checks the hottubs every morning and works really hard around the site his mom and dad also helps and what lovely people they are.THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!!

we booked 5 days at fairviews and were not dissappointed. The lodges are beautiful inside and outside.Also the privacy is very good for the hot tub....watching the sun set every evening is beautiful. The bus to the seaside stops right outside and is only 15 minutes to the sea front with arcades and lots of shops.will deffo be booking again.

We have fully enjoyed our weekend break here. It was in an idyllic location, so peaceful, the views are gorgeous. The park was full and we had no issue with noise whatsoever. The Lodge is gorgeous, so spacious, the kids absolutely loved that they had their own bathroom and wardrobe. It was spotless. You can tell it is extremely well looked after. The service was second to none. Really helpful owner/manager Alex who confirmed details for us on the phone before hand and made our stay worthwhile. He was there on our arrival even though it was after 6pm. He gave us all our info and left us to ourselves and was there if and when we needed, which we didn't because it was all perfect and we had everything. It is a very well stocked Lodge, well supplied with kitchen facilities, especially loved the sharp knives as everywhere else we've been they don't have any! Robes and slippers were provided for us as well which was a lovely touch and really helped with the hot tub to keep from dripping water. The hot tub is so spacious and we really enjoyed it, our only criticism was the bubbles weren't very powerful. But it held temperature and the lights are great as well at night time. We had a late check out and had the use of the hotub until 10am that day as well which was just a really great way to finish off the weekend. The area is lovely, we enjoyed a trip down the road into Withernsea and we had a walk about and enjoyed the beautiful views. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, whether for romantic breaks or for families. We will most definitely be returning for another break soon!

We stay in Fairview for 3 nights. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The outdoor hot tub is big and wonderful! My boys enjoy the hot tub 3 times a day! Can’t wait to return!
