This new comfortable Cotswold Cottage is well situated in the countryside close to the popular Cotswold villages of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow on the Wold, Burford and Daylesford. Fleming Cottage is ideal for families, business travellers, ramblers and cyclists. We offer extremely comfortable beds, full amenities and a clean pet-free contemporary clean home. The property benefits from a lockable bike shed, an Electric Vehicle charge point and 2+ parking spaces. Close proximity to a local grocery store.

Fleming Cottage was so fully equipped with everything you need, and some things you don't! The beds are the most comfortable we've come across in a holiday let. The kitchen/diner is so spacious and bright, whilst the living room has two comfy sofas and 2 great squashy beanbags, which caused us lots of fun trying to get out of them.

The Co-op across the road is truly a convenience store - get there early for the croissants each morning.

The weather wasn't kind enough to let us enjoy the garden as often as we would have liked, but when we did get out there it was a real sun trap

The cottage is also superbly situated for the tourist. As well as all those chocolate box villages Blenhein Palace is 40 minutes away, Stratford on Avon 45 (get to the theatre if you can) and Bath 1 hour 30 minutes

We had a wonderful long weekend at Fleming Cottage. We really appreciated the care and thought that had gone into our stay to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cottage was immaculate, beds very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and having a Coop across the road was very handy. Great location to go and explore the Cotswold. Would highly recommend.

When we first saw this cottage, we loved it - and everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Cheryl provided us with all the information we needed for both the house and the area and her excellent restaurant recommendations were a great help. The cottage is just like the photos - everything is new and would suit the most discerning guest. The kitchen has all you need, including a coffee machine – which I loved. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and ensuite are modern and clean. The location was ideal, with a co-op and chemist just across the way. Whether we were exploring the villages or in the cottage, everything we needed was within easy reach. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

What a little jem. Thank you so much for quick and easy contact and check in. We absolutely loved our stay. Super comfy, warm, cozy, and more than we could have asked for. Superb coffee provided, hair turbanprovided, face towels, ear buds, cotton wool etc all provided. The decor was beyond superb with low lighting lights thoughtfully placed for midnight loo runs. Superb 5 property Location was fab for our girls weekend. Shops across the road for any last min shopping and a lovely cab driver who we used from our host Referal. The property has an abundance of info for local things to do and I promise they don’t disappoint. Many thanks and can’t wait to book our next visit.

From start to finish it was a five star service. The property was in great condition and we had great time. The supermarket was right opposite

We stayed at Fleming Cottage for a long weekend in the Cotswolds. The property is quite simply superb in every aspect. Great location for access to all major sites within the area. The cottage is fitted out to an extremely high standard! It's immaculate and by far the best cottage that we have ever stayed in within the area. Also two car parking spaces, a supermarket opposite and even a gym. We will be back, definitely!
