The weather was cold and frosty. But coachman's cottage was warm and very comfortable. So nice to go back to after a walk on the beach. One morning there were deer in the courtyard. Already planning next year.
There's a feeling of calm as soon as you park up outside this cottage, which we have stayed in many times before. The high level of comfort and cleanliness never disappoints. Even if the weather is variable it doesn't matter as it's so relaxing just to spend time in the cottage enjoying the views with the occasional roe deer walking past.
A very,, restful and enjoyable stay, once again. A grab rail/handle in the shower would be helpful for those less steady on their feet.
Great correspondence about arrival time. Welcome pack was a great treat for us all. Everywhere was so clean and fresh. Comfy and cosy with an open fire so nice to have . Kitchen very well equipped. Children had great fun playing in the outdoors . Look forward to 2026 for another family holiday at Dunrod.
