Sleeping up to 5 guests, this apartment has an open plan lounge/ kitchen with its window making up almost all of the east wall, and leading onto its private balcony. The views are exceptional.​

The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.

The tiled bathroom has a power shower.

I have just returned home from a week's stay ,and felt so relaxed I did not want to come home.I have stayed in Jaimies other apartments before and thought I would give this one a try.On entering the apartment I was pleasantly surprised as this was one of the smaller apartments but very spacious, especially the main bedroom which is larger than mine at home .The apartment has 2 bedrooms and accommodates 5 people.
There is everything provided to make it feel homely. The main attraction for me is the balcony ,where you can sit with a drink and a book or just watch the world go by.There were just a couple of things missing but by no means did they effect our holiday.The first was there was no rubber slip mat in the shower which I found surprising as there has always been one in every other apartment of Jamie's I have stayed in.The other thing which has never occurred to me before and possibly did this time as my great grandson who is 16 month old came away with us was that as they are family apartments they could possibly benefit from child safety locks on the kitchen cupboards .
But other than that I cannot fault the place, clean well equipped ,spacious and as always Jamie and his staff are friendly and helpful at all times.Will definatly be going back

The apartments at No52 have the most incredible sea view and this together with the high standard of comfort and cleanliness make this the perfect holiday accommodation. We were only there for the weekend but wished we could have stayed for the week. We will definitely return and would happily recommend as excellent value for money.

Apartment 4 was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean, smart and warm, important for a stay in February. The location is perfect with brilliant views of the sea, with access to the beach just across the road, and a short stroll into town. Would recommend staying in this apartment block. 12 steps up to the entrance but a lift to upper floors if needed.

We love going to this apartment good location not far from all amenities the apartment is fully equipped lovely views over beach and sea would highly recommend.

Stayed in Apartment 4 for 5 nights with my daughter and granddaughter. Spacious apartment with everything you could need. The large leather sofa is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom was lovely with a rainfall shower, double wash basins and Bluetooth mirror. Great view of the sea from the balcony.

Was treated to a firework display from the harbour jetty on our last night there which rounded off our visit perfectly.
Hope to return soon.

We always enjoy our annual stay here for the Soul Weekender. We have everything we need and the best thing is sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Lovely apartment, great sea views from the balcony and lounge area. Good WIFI, well equipped kitchen area and comfortable lounge. Very clean throughout
This apartment block is in an ideal location on the sea front, easy flat walk to town local shops, cafes and restaurants.
This is the third time we have stayed at apartments 52. I would highly recommend a stay here always presented to a very high standard

Second visit. Enjoyed the updated bathroom.. great to see the reinvestment into the property. Such a lovely environment to stay in and relax. We love the sea views and on hand for really good restaurants within walking distance ie Yips Chinese and Gecchos Mediterranean.
