Apartment 2 is a cosy and welcoming apartment, fully wheelchair accessible sleeping up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms. Our luxury mattresses promise a comfortable nights sleep. A fully tiled wet-room with power shower is installed with easy access, for those who like to make a splash!

Situated opposite the award winning South Beach and Promenade, a 2 minute walk to the Spa Theatre and a short stroll to Bridlington's Town Centre and working fishing port. Sloped access to the beach and promenades offers unlimited access to all that Bridlington has to offer, on your door step.

Flat is in a great location for the beach lovers, also very easy access to the harbour and town. Close to the spa and local coffee and food businesses meaning rating out is also a great option. The flat itself is a good size to easily accommodate a family of 4 and the customer service was excellent. The parking space for flay 2 is a little tight but doable and off street, the birds make a bit of a mess of your car but it is the coast so to be expected (just one to bear in mind if your car is your pride and joy). Tv is a good size and all other amenities have been provided for home from home living. Flat 2 doesn't offer a sea view unless you're tall enough being the ground floor flat but you only need to step outside to get that view. Only criticism if any is the condition of the outdoor furniture for enjoying the outdoor space that's available on a sunny day but again this is down to the birds so difficult to do much about. Overall very good accommodation and great spot to explore from.

Very well appointed apartment, instructions for finding parking and access simple and clear. A maintenance issue was resolved within an hour of being reported, couldn't ask for better. Excellent location close to town and the prom. We would certainly book again.

Our holiday fell though on the Saturday 25.04.26 and at short notice got me wheel chair access Apartment and got in early on the Monday 27.04.26 . Staff was really friendly any problems they were there in minutes. No faults really nice place. Thank-you

Because my husband and I are elderly and my husband has difficulty climbing stairs we asked for a ground floor apartment. We stayed at ‘Apartments at 52’ on the South Shore. Everything including location could not have been better. The apartment was superb. We had just a small issue with the shower so contacted Jaimie and 1 hour later someone came and put it right. Location couldn’t be better. The beach is right across the road and the crossing is safe and right in front of the building. It is only a very short walk to The Spa and harbour and the Town Centre is also an easy walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely return. I would recommend anyone to book there.

All very good. Only issues were with the TV. Had issues turning it on everyday. Had sound but no picture. Some of the blinds on the windows need attention. Some parts missing to either lift or tilt them are missing/broken. But overall an excellent apartment with the bonus of a parking space. Hopefully will book again

Apartment 2 is ideal for people with mobility problems or physical disabilities. There is even a high chair. Jamie , the owner is always on hand if there are any problems.

Lovely clean apartment in a wonderful location. Being able to stay in a wheelchair accessible apartment, opposite a wheelchair accessible beach with beach wheelchairs are available to loan made my mums holiday! Jamie went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. The Housekeeping staff were also very helpful. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Excellent facilities even to the towels in the bathroom and the well stocked tea and coffee.
It was a shame that their were not 2 set of keys.
Would definately come again.
As a wheelchair user the location and accomodation were superb. Shame that there were not more grap (hand) rails on the lower ramp. Also have some flyers about the beach wheelchair buggies.

My family booked me a disabled apartment for my 90th Birthday weekend in May.
Apartment 2 was perfect. Designated parking space to the rear of the building & straight through the back door to Apt 2.
Well equipped, stylish & comfortable. Spacious lounge area with large TV. Lovely wet room. Warm & cosy master bedroom.
Beach across the road, Harbour 5 mins on my mobility scooter. Excellent location.
Host Jamie couldn't do enough for us all.

This is our 3rd holiday in this apartment. Perfect for my husband who is disabled. Jaime the owner has thought of everything. There is a wet room with seat if needed, frame around the toilet and even a comfortable chair which is easier to get in and out of. There is also indoor space for mobility scooters and wheelchairs. Any problems and Jaime is there to sort things out. Thank you
