The Sands Apartment is one of the largest apartments available in Bridlington, sleeping up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom with power shower. Our luxury mattresses promise a comfortable nights sleep. A fully tiled wet-room with power shower is installed with easy access, for those who like to make a splash!

Situated opposite the award winning South Beach and Promenade, a 2 minute walk to the Spa Theatre and a short stroll to Bridlington's Town Centre and working fishing port. Sloped access to the beach and promenades offers unlimited access to all that Bridlington has to offer, on your door step.

We were attending a wedding and needed a location close to the registry office and reception venue. The apartment was clean with sea views. It was easy to find being close to the promenade.

Absolutely lovely holiday. Very nice apartment. Excellent customer service. This was our second holiday in this apartment block and I/we will be returning for yet another holiday in Bridlington at some point. Can thoroughly recommend this holiday stay. Extremely handy for the beach, just over the road. Excellent facilities, especially having the use of the washing machine with a young family. Many thanks to Jamie !

Excellent accommodation. We stayed in disabled room flat 1. Met at flat and directed where to park. Large amount of space in all rooms. Plenty of storage space. Decorated to a high standard. Plenty of seating. Equipment available if needed for wet room. Only disadvantage was quite a steep ramp at front, but staggered. And cars park directly outside windows. We would definitely stay again.

It was a very comfortable stay with the apartment providing everything we needed and more. It was easily managed mobility wise by my very elderly parents. They loved it and are looking forward to booking it again but for a longer stay next time.

Spent new year right on the seafront with everything within walking distance. Plenty of parking, lots of space for the whole family and good wheelchair facilities. Would love to return in the warmer months.

We had to do a clean upon arrival, main complaint was the bathrooms having no shelf storage, mirror too high in the wet room , toilet seats were both loose and the fridge had an odour every time you opened the door

We have stayed in Jamie’s apartment before at the other end of Bridlington so knew he caters for disabled, which is why we returned apt 1 didn’t disappoint it’s perfect for my elderly mother plenty of equipment to make her stay even easier. It makes her stay a lot more worry free .

We had a fantastic stay the apartment was perfectly set up for use by my disabled dad but also for the rest of us.
Fully equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable.
There was a small problem with one of the beds but Jamie sorted it immediately and we were able to enjoy our stay. I cannot recommend Apartments @52 enough for comfort, quality and fab service.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owners of this property. Attention to detail and courtesy extended are second to none.

Jamie provides a first class personal service by meeting you on site on arrival he even helped with our luggage.

We had a most enjoyable stay at these lovely apartments and would have no hesitation in offering our recommendation. We will definitely be returning.
