The booking process was very straightforward with the owner Louise who responded promptly to my queries as our party included my elderly parents one of whom has mobility difficulties. The attention to detail contained within the property description was excellent and we were provided with including an additional temporary handrail (grab handle with suckers) All rooms being en-suite was fantastic and the beds very comfortable.
