We,ve previously stayed in this property before but on this occasion you failed gaining entrance into the hotel to check in was dire !!
Toilet rolls & towels were never replenished we never met a member of staff the whole stay apart from check in when we paid the balance owed our friend stayed in the loft room 12 it was horrific for him he,s a 6 foot big man (no fan,toilet rolls) we know you can,t control the weather but please try to meet peoples needs we let him use our fan all weekend unfortunately we will not REBOOK it,s nice to see a landlord or landlady on site to rectify any issues ...

Tara is a great host and did a mean breakfast...a great location whatever you are in Bridlington for.
