We had a wonderful stay in Salubrious cottage, this Easter - 2024, with our grown-up children, their partners and dogs. The cottage was fantasticly positioned for the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The whole cottage was spacious, clean and well equipped for 6 people. The only issue we had was some dampness in the 2 front bedrooms on the outside wall, we know they are old buildings and prone to this but may need some attention soon as not good for anyone with asthma as my son-in-law has. That said though, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and we epecially loved the den in the attic with it's mini terrace and views across the bay.
The only thing that spoiled our stay was the amount of rain we had so expecially nice to come back to a comfortable cottage that warmed up really quickly with a modern heating system.
Would we recommend - most definitely yes.

The cottage was well designed in a great location with loads of space, great views and really comfortable beds. Wonderful evening meals on the balcony too.
Minor issues which would have been an issue with more guests were the downstairs shower flooded the bathroom so wasn’t usable. Also not having the key to the kitchen meant you couldn’t use the outside shower so trailed sand through the house so would be great to let guests have a key as it would prevent sand blocking inside showers.
We would happily return
