We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully located and perfectly maintained cottage. Very nice view to the Caledonia Canal. The wide garden is completely fenced, so that we could let our dog run unleashed. Everything is very clean and generous. Plenty of space for 8 persons. We would definitively come back, if we returned to the north of Scotland.
A great cottage that feels isolated, yet is only 10 minutes away from Inverness. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as described, the hot tub is wonderful, but, does take some getting used to when trying to get the right temperature. The Garden is perfect if you have a dog as it’s fully enclosed. The beds are incredibly comfy and the showers excellent. I’d highly recommend if you are thinking about this property.
We loved this 5 star cottage! Very well furnished, kitchen well stocked, clean and comfortable. The setting is perfect too, surrounded by trees, fields and quietness apart from the birds singing. We loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the view and then snuggling in the lounge watching tv. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. We drove around Loch Ness stopping off at various places such as the Fiddlers Highland restaurant for lunch. We also ate at IV10 which was great. One morning we woke up to see about 20 deer in the field behind the cottage before they ran off into the woods...more
Gorgeous cottage in a fabulous and secluded spot but with the convenience of only being 10 minutes out of Inverness! The cottage was exactly as described and more. The directions and arrival information was detailed and precise and the cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. We would highly recommend and we will be booking again in the near future.
This cottage provided a great base for exploring the Highlands. It was glorious in the sunshine and cosy in the evenings and was well kitted out with everything a family could need.
