Lovely little cottage for a short break. Extremely clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was good - everything needed for a home from home had been thought of and provided. Location was perfect - 25 minute walk from the beach and main town of Sidmouth but also plenty of other places of interest within a short drive.
My dogs and I had a wonderful long weekend in Delderfield and wished we’d stayed longer. Immaculately clean and warm, with every home comfort you could want. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever found in a holiday let and the most welcoming host in Chris, going above and beyond to seal tiny gaps in garden fencing against two midget Yorkies’ attempts to escape! We hope to return some time.
We stayed in Sampson and it’s a lovely property in great condition. It’s very well equipped for a self catering break. It’s not too far to walk to the town centre/sea front with pavement the majority of the way. Chris and Ellen are very friendly and welcoming and there was a welcome gift waiting for us on arrival, which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend a stay here.
