Flat has been thoughtfully designed and everything we could have needed (2 adults) was there on day one. No window in bedroom (Delderfield) but that is in keeping with the lovely restoration of the original buildings and wasn't a problem for us at all. Plenty of ventilation available through nearby patio doors which open to a peaceful outdoor area. Chris & Ellen were great hosts and always helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning as soon as we can.
Orlando was a perfect place for our trip to Sidmouth. Everything we needed was there and our hosts were welcoming and on hand if we needed anything else. Also loved the welcome pack including home made bread and scones with strawberries and cream. Already booked for next year!
Sampson cottage was immaculately presented, very comfortable with all essentials provided., plus some lovely welcome food gifts. We could not fault anything. Nice private outside space too. We were lucky to have enjoyed very hot weather but the cottage remained nice and cool. Sidmouth sea front a 20 min walk.
