Our third visit now to the Kennelman. The accomadation is superbly equipped and immaculate! the hosts have made sure there is everything in place for a very enjoyable comfortable stay. Included and appreciated were the quality groceries etc waiting on arrival. A welcoming touch were pretty flowers on the table. Richard is a great host and nothing too much trouble, we love the very secure back garden for our dog, that is so quiet, and a real sun trap! Coupled with beautiful scenery and lovely village! An easy drive to coast too! Cannot recommend enough!!
We have just returned from our 2nd. visit to Gardeners Cottage. . We are already sorting out dates for our next visit. When we arrived it was like opening the doors to our 'happy place'. The quietness,views wildlife are all yours. I've never called a holiday base a home before, this was said automatically without any pre-thinking. Beautifully appointed accommodation. Host met us on arrival and showed us around the property, explaining use of appliances etc, We were provided with everything needed for our stay including a welcome pack of locally sourced coffee, teas, biscuits, jam, rolls, milk and a bottle of fizz. Richard had provided a most comprehensive pack of helpful information on both the accommodation and the many attractions to visit. We thought this was going to be a lovely place to stay but when we arrived, we were shocked by how lovely it actually is! We almost (very selfishly ) don't want to leave a good review, as we want to return ASAP and don't want it become fully booked. The photos do not do this place justice at all - the cottage was pristine, modern and so well stocked. The lovely owners even put our Tesco delivery away prior to our arrival which made our arrival so easy. The setting is beautiful and the pub/cafe down the drive are lovely to pop along to.
