We booked all 4 tents for 3 family groups. This is our second visit and we are already planning our third! The site and facilities are fantastic, and the owners are brilliant and very accommodating. It is our happy place!
We have had a lovely 2 nights stay at the Little Otchan. Everything was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could possibly ask for. It’s a perfect place for children too. My son is obsessed with football so having the goal in the field made the holiday. He’s already asking to go back! We didn’t sleep well due to the wind storm however the beds in the tents were incredibly comfy! The bathroom was absolutely spotless. Only downside is that the bathroom doors make a loud noise when shutting them so going to the bathroom in the night wasn’t ideal. We will highly recommend this ...more
We had a great stay at Little Otchan Glamping. The kids loved having the open space to themselves to play; they enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the fire pit & playing football. There is an honesty shop which also came in handy. The tent was smaller than we had seen on the website & there weren't the cosy little touches like fairy lights/decorations however it was still very comfortable (I really appreciated the mattresses!) there were hot water bottles & they did provide us with an electric heater when we asked which was great. We’ve just visited Little Otchan for the second time with family. We booked all 4 tents between us and we had the best weekend. The location is great, it’s quiet but close to the beach if you want to head out. The tents all feature proper beds, plenty of bedding, extra blankets, hot water bottles and an electric heater so it was really cosy. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need and there’s coffee/tea and hot chocolate which is a nice touch. The communication from Catherine was excellent from booking, the location very good, some very slight road noise but nothing that detracted from the pleasure of the experience, Some more prominent signeage might be a welcome addition. The Shepherd’s hut was lovely. Spotlessly clean well appointed and in good decorative order. The location was very nice with nobody overlooking the hut in any direction.
