The Granary has an open-plan living area, one double bedroom and a bathroom. Beautifully positioned on the edge of Sutcombe village, with views across our courtyard rooftop to the surrounding countryside and fields beyond.

We are just home from the most fantastic week in Devon.
Chris and Laura are wonderful hosts, they are there if needed, but allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday and their home.
I wish I could rate higher than 5 for cleanliness, the granary was spotless. Kitchen was really well equipped, we even stayed in and cooked! We are already looking to book again for next year (we usually always go somewhere different, but this place is a hidden gem) we plan to book the bigger cottage for next year.
The woodland walk and private orchard was amazing for our boys, Ozzy and Rosco.
Thank you so much, Chris and Laura for a beautiful holiday. See you next year.

We had a brilliant 3 nights at Town Farm in Sutcombe in late June. The Granary is all on one level and brilliantly equipped. Jane particularly loved the roll top bath for a good soak after a day out. We loved sitting there at dusk watching bats depart from the eaves above and flit across the courtyard , just amazing! Chris was very helpful and even sent on my jumper and sunglasses that I managed to leave behind after doing a final check! Many thanks ,Nick and Jane
