Great time at Burrian and central location.
Cottage well appointed but could do with more crockery and cutlery as there is only enough for 1 meal if 5 are staying.

We were fortunate to visit the beautiful Orkney islands and stayed in Burrian. The cottage was exceptionally clean, warm, well appointed and bright. It has an excellent location for exploring the island and a wonderful outlook over Loch of Harray. We would thoroughly recommend the cottage to anyone visiting Orkney.

Arrived to a modern clean cottage, that was like a home from home for us. Beds were lovely, and the views are breathtaking.

Perfectly located in a beautiful part of Orkney with easy access to Stromness, Kirkwall and all the main tourist sites. An excellent hotel ten minutes walk from the cottage. A well stocked Coop and a wonderful butcher's shop stocking local meat in Dounby - five minutes by car.
