The booking process was easy and communications with Paula were excellent. The property and location suited us all, as there was easy access to the beach and amenaties were near by.
The property was in good condition and was well equiped for our needs and we loved the extras that were there for us when we arrived.
Definately, a great venue for a family trip to this area of Yorkshire.

I booked this for a family getaway. The location is fabulous, we booked school holidays so the price reflected the timings. A couple of minor issues were resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. The views from the bedroom balcony are amazing, watching the sunrise with a pot of tea is good for the soul! The house is well equipped, we required 4 bedrooms for 6 adults and brought a dog. The house is very spacious, the open plan layout downstairs served us well, especially cooking breakfasts. Will definitely revisit just not during school holidays due to the inflated price!
