A quaint two storey flint cottage built around c1870 with a patio and cottage style garden at the heart of this pretty village. Petham is nestled in the beautiful countryside of the North Downs, just 15 minutes from Canterbury and 30 minutes from Ashford, with plenty of beautiful countryside and footpaths from the village. Due to the steep garden and slightly steep turning staircase typical of an old cottage the cottage may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or young children.

Great little cottage slightly dated but that added to its charm. Everything you could possibly need was available the cottage it was definitely a home from home .unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying the great little courtyard garden but if the sun had shone a great space to enjoy a coffee or nice glass of wine ..lovely welcome pack of fresh products. If we ever go back down to Kent we would not hesitate to book stone cottage again

Excellent accommodation while we were visiting the area.

Lovely cottage with everything one needed. Also a great welcome pack which was much appreciated. Very cosy & warm cottage in a good location for visiting places of interest, which for us included the city of Canterbury and the Cathedral. We also travelled a bit further afield to Chartwell, the home of Winston Churchill. We also went to the Granville public house, not far from the village for a lovely evening meal.
