An attractive converted barn all set on ground floor level with 1 bedroom and en-suite shower room with a large open plan living area with a sofa bed. This cottage has access to the shared tennis court and also a pretty orchard area. The property is perfect for couples or a young family and would suit guests who may have difficulty with stairs.

Robin welcomed us with open arms. This little, beautiful place was just the thing we needed: clean, cosy, warm, comfortable, quiet and charming.
We needed a rest and this place gave us the opportunity to step into the new year with a fresh head.

Thank you Robin and Sally for your lovely place! We will come back for sure!

This was a great choice for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away in the Kent countryside. A very comfortable and well equipped barn conversion with lots of space for the two of us. The outlook from the french windows across the small orchard was spectacular in the October sunshine. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent: extremely comfortable, well appointed and managed holiday rental

The accommodation is in a garden area with fruit trees, secluded from the owners' house. The owners are extremely pleasant and helpful. The accommodation is very well furnished and comfortable, with full length windows / doors out onto the garden area. It is quite rural - though the village shop and post office supply all emergency needs, and the butcher's / deli a wide range of meats etc. Waitrose and Sainsbury's at Hythe are not far away. The location is centrally placed for Romney Marsh and the Weald.

Finding it is just a bit of an issue, which I will take up with the agents. It is actually on the site of Simply Ices as identified on some maps.

But we hope to return some time - any time for a week of peace and quite, perhaps even in winter to test out the underfloor heating - it was very hot and sunny all the time we were there.
