We love Pembrokeshire having been brought up there. Wild Winds has the most stunning location and views you could wish for on the Pembrokeshire coast. The views are panoramic over St Brides Bay, with Newgale and St David’s in full view. A short walk over the fields from the house brings you down into Little Haven which has a couple of really nice pubs and when the tide is out you can walk round to B-road Haven. The house itself is beautifully presented with quality furnishing and fittings throughout, plus a lovely enclosed garden. We’d highly recommend a stay at Wild Winds and will definitely return. Dogs loved their stay and after long walks we never felt or had a he energy to leave the house in the evening. Tom & Sam George

The weather was generally bad which spoiled our holiday . But that was not your fault !
The house was excellent all round ( but we couldn’t get the hot towel rail to work ) . We took most of our meals in Little Haven . The lobsters were great value for money .
Bad weather kept the boat trips in harbour . We are both heading toward 80 and found the walks invigorating but challenging .

Having stayed here 5 years ago we were delighted to find it unchanged with the same excellent facilities and those extras which made it feel home from home.
It’s situation is incomparable and it’s unchanging quality makes it very special.

How can we improve the Wild Winds guests' experience ?
The only downside was the bedroom on the opposite side of the bungalow was not available.

Wild Winds is a supremely comfortable and relaxing house in a beautiful location. Spacious and very light, due to the large windows which really capture the incredible views. The owner provided a wealth of information regarding the location and things to see and do, ahead of our stay, backed up with even more information in the house. Little Haven beach, particularly at low tide, is a dogs best wish come true, a long stretch of beautiful sand. Our dog could have played there for hours if the sea had not come back in.

How can we improve the Wild Winds guests' experience ?
Seriously, we cannot think of anything.

A wonderful week in Wild Winds.

This was our second visit to Wild Winds. It is a very special place.
Things we like about it:-
The location - peaceful with beautiful views across St Bride's Bay.
The garden - with lots of different places to sit and look at the views and the extremely well tended flowers and shrubs.
The house itself - There are 4 of us, 2 parents and 2 grown up children and with the main lounge, the sitting area adjacent to the dining area and the conservatory there is plenty of space to either be together or to read quietly. The 2 TV's could be a bonus if there is a conflict of viewing choices and there are lots of books and games available.
The walk - down to Little Haven, the beach and the pubs. When the tide is low it is a lovely walk along to Broad Haven.
The E-charging point - in the Little Haven car park
The well equipped kitchen.
The places to visit - this time to the Cinnamon Gin distillery (that was a good day!) The Bug Farm, Barafundle Bay and the Lily ponds at Bosherton on the Stackpole Estate and the Melin Tregwynt Woollen Mill.
Although it was really hot while we were there a gentle sea breeze kept the house cool.
As you can tell, we are quite smitten with Wild Winds and hope to visit again soon.

How can we improve the Wild Winds guests' experience ?
Can't think of anything except to maybe be let in earlier on arrival.

Wild Winds is ideal for us being two couples, one a early riser the other a night owl, which means staying in different sides of property we don`t disturb each other. The property is well equip for are needs, the view and location are ideal. We have had excellent meals in The Castle and The Saint Brides Little Haven. This was our fifth visit and we talking about returning in 2024?

How can we improve the Wild Winds guests' experience ?

Once again, we had a wonderful time at Wild Winds. We keep coming back (14th year) because of the superb quality of the accommodation, which is just as shown on the website. The amazing view over St Brides Bay is a constantly changing vista, and can keep you entertained for hours, and even watching an approaching storm is mesmerising.
The peaceful location is ideal for a relaxing time. Little Haven village has 3 pubs all of a good standard, but we highly recommend the St Brides Inn. Also recommended is Lobster & Mor for fresh Crab and Lobster. There is the beach, and at low tide, the 2 adjacent beaches of Settlands and Broad Haven become one. For walks, it is located next to the Pembrokeshire coastal path. We have already booked again.

How can we improve the Wild Winds guests' experience ?
Cannot think of anything that would improve a great experiance.

We had a super week at Wild Wilds which went far too quickly! The property is in a wonderful setting with lovely gardens and had everything we needed; a well equipted kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and quality bedding, a great shower and plenty of hot water. The property was warm and cosy and many hours were spent watching the ever changing coastal views from the sofas! Thank you Andrea for sharing Wild Winds with us, it really is, perfect in every way!

Wow what a stunning property I could have spent another fortnight in that beautiful lounge just ogling the amazing view over the bay!
The 4 of us were in Little Haven for a 3 day walking break and Wild Winds did not disappoint. Modern, clean and tastefully furnished, the property is in a brilliant spot within walking distance to the village. We ate in St Brides 2 nights running as the Castle was unfortunately closed for a refurb. Food, atmosphere & staff were all brilliant. And on the third night we made the short walk to Broad Haven to try the Italian which was also pretty good.
Andrea was really helpful from the very start…she bent over backwards to accommodate us and reacted to a small problem very quickly and professionally.
All in all a 5 star stay and a most enjoyable weekend.

Can’t make any suggestions for improvement!

The only bad thing about Wild Winds was having to leave it at the end of the week!
We have racked our brains but can't think of a single thing that would have improved it. The location is spectacular - a real joy to draw back the curtains in the morning and see that view across St Bride's Bay and a short walk down to Little Haven - takes slightly longer on the way back!
The bungalow has every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped - much better than ours at home! We had fine weather but even if it had been cold and wet I think that we would still have enjoyed the views and walks along the coastal path. There are stacks of games to suit every age and ability, interesting books and dvds for cosy evenings indoors, not to mention the three big TVs and efficient heating. The garden is really well looked after with many seating areas tucked away. We had a colourful pheasant on the lawn to greet us every morning which was entertaining. There are a lot of information leaflets, books and maps covering Pembrokeshire and we had a couple of days out but didn't wander too far afield. We did regret not finding the Cinnamon Grove Gin distillery though - maybe next year! The Perrott Family

Don't think you can.

We have been holidaying at Wild Winds ever year for over 10 years, it is the only holiday accommodation we keep returning to because it is so perfect. The bungalow is very comfortable. It has a well-maintained kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace. All rooms are furnished to a very high standard and extremely well maintained. There are also many homely touches, with plenty of board games, books and DVDs provided, clearly the owners care that their guests have a great holiday. Also, there are many personal touches which the talented owner displays, including some of her own artwork.

There are several different seating areas each with their own wonderful views. It could be the the amazing scenic view over St Brides Bay, when relaxing in the very comfortable “grown-ups” lounge, looking through the large picture windows or from the family area next to the kitchen, they all enjoy their unique views right across the bay. To the side of the bungalow is the conservatory area which leads to a decking area with views across the bay and of the garden. The different sections of the large tiered marvelous well-maintained gardens surrounding the property also offer amazing views as well as being quiet, ideal for relaxing in, and a safe place for children to play and explore.

The bungalow itself is in a good location from which to set off and explore the many places of interest in Pembrokeshire. The property is located extremely close to the Pembrokeshire coastal path. The bungalow is also only a short walk to the small village of Little Haven, which has a delightful beach and pubs which provide a variety of meals, we particularly recommend the St Brides Inn.

In our opinion it is a property which provides a relaxing base from which many adventures can take place. We have already booked once more!

Close to safe sandy beach and coast path.
A great holiday.

Out first stay in Pembrokeshire was complimented by the beautiful property Wild Winds. From the moment you drive up to the house and take in the views across the bay you find your utter the word "Wow" an awful lot. The setting couldn't be any better, just 8 minutes walk down to Little Haven with its 3 pubs and cafes where you can sit and watch people go in and out in there boats. Nestled on the cliff tops next to the coastal path the house has extensive wrap around grounds with landscaped gardens so everyone can find there space. The house has an abundance of room as well, we had 4 adults and child staying and there really was more room than we needed. 2 lounges were also a bonus with breath taking views from both. The house is extensively equipped with everything you could need and lots of things you may not, great to have the choice. There are even 2 kayaks, body boards, wet suits and life jackets in case you fancy spending time in the water. The property was spotless on arrival and probably one of the cleanest we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We would go back to this property in a heart beat and we most probably will in the future. The worst part for us was leaving!

Wild Winds is a special place .
The views ,whatever the weather , make getting up to make a cup of tea in the morning so good. Then all you need to do is walk across the garden and field and the sea is there.
The place is comfortable and well maintained with useful thoughtful information to help you enjoy your stay.
Andrea always happy to be of assistance if needed.
