This property is in a peaceful location within easy walking distance of town centre or waterways. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, a great shower and fast WiFi. The bed was most comfortable and the hair dryer was much appreciated.
The information folder was well presented and included directions for walking into town or to Stanpit Marsh which we really enjoyed following. The town had plenty of independent shops, places to eat and a traditional street market on a Monday, but we also enjoyed the walks on the marshes with plenty of bird life to see, plus riverside walks and quaysides to wander round.
The supply of games, books, music centre and USB chargers were much appreciated, as was the large smart tv.
Outside, the gardens were well maintained and there was a large decked patio with plenty of seating and tables in excellent condition.
We found a bus stop and convenience store nearby and there are plenty of places of interest to visit further afield. We enjoyed visits to Highcliffe Castle and Kingston Lacey.
Overall, the property had everything we expected- and more, including the lovely hamper of goodies that we found on our arrival! It is ideally situated for those who enjoy water activities or exploring the local area. We would highly recommend this property.
