This two storey two bedroom stone cottage is a popular choice at Tresooth. Sitting just outside the main courtyard, St Keverne is ideal for parties of four guests. The two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, are upstairs and this charming cottage enjoys it’s own private patio with hot tub.

We all enjoyed our stay in St Kelverne enormously. It is a perfect place to return to after days out walking and exploring the beautiful area. Incredibly easy to drive into Falmouth but also so close to all the lovely beaches and the magical Helford Estuary.
Everyone there was delightful and friendly and helpful and the cottage itself had everything we needed to relax and spend evenings together.
Will certainly return and look forward to doing so very much indeed.
Thank you!

The location is great, easy drive to Falmouth and the various attractions nearby including gardens and National Trust properties. Good pub food at Mawnan Smith just down the road including takeaway.
Comfortable beds and plenty of space in living areas and bedrooms.
Would really recommend!

We had such a lovely weekend break for my friends 30th birthday. The hot tub was perfect for a girls weekend and the location was great for everything we had planned.

The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and beds were super comfortable. We also loved the little touch of the Cornish themed goodie bag.

Special thanks to Jaz for all her help with the booking!

Very pleased with cottage. Our room was fine but friends we went with found their room too hot (despite turning the radiators off, they were still red hot). They also said that their room would benefit from a new mattress. Spacious lounge and kitchen area and outdoor space to walk the dog. Location quite rural and without pavements. Falmouth about 10 minutes in the car and 2 great pubs for food within a 5 minute drive either side of the cottage (The New Inn and The Red Lion). Would recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay, it was lovely meeting you and we appreciate your feedback. We had already pre-empted one of your comments and replaced the mattresses in the front bedroom. But we'll certainly take a look at the radiators/boiler and check the settings. We hope you will decide to holiday with us again sometime.

The cottage st Keverne was a lovely cottage suitable for 4 people. Both bedrooms had ensuite which was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub an added both. There was also a shared pool which was lovely and not too busy. The shared games room contained a pool table, table tennis and table football. The games room was a little tired and needed a lick of paint to make it more inviting. It would have been nice to have a board game or two in the cottage. There was plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay and visiting the sites around Falmouth. Thank you very much.

We've stayed here several times and this last time has seen major improvements - wifi, our own hot tub, better internal design (more space). The outdoor area for the dog (and kids play area) is still there. There is ample parking (and now with electric charge points).

The whole set up at Tresooth is charming and the playground, games room and swimming pool are a lovely addition. The cottages are well appointed and have everything you need. Just for extra comfort the beds could be softer and the sofas more supportive and comfier. They are a bit low. Had a wonderful time.

We spent a week in St Keverne. Wonderful decor; very comfortable and the site itself is great, with a pool, play area and games room. A thoughtful welcome pack and information book came with the property.

In general the property was clean and tidy it was very well presented. The floor was a little dirty and sticky and in need of a wash and there were quite a few cobwebs, so it could have done with a deeper clean but understandably difficult given the tight turnarounds during busy season.

Staff were fantastic! Very fast response and action to an out of hours query for extra bedding and incredible service from Nicky to return some belongings that we left behind.

Property was well equipped, with lots of utensils, cling film/foil and even tupperware. A few bits of extra crockery and cutlery would enhance the experience.

We had a wonderful week staying there and will definitely be back in the future. We would happily recommend St keverne to anyone!

Our stay at Tresooth cottages was a pilgrimage to return my our parents ashes to their homeland. So it was fantastic that their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and sundry attachments could stay in one place, Separate but together.
The accommodation was very nice tidy and clean. Lovely to have a real fire. The sofas in our house were a little on the small size for 4 adults but fine in the other houses. The mattress in our room was a little firm for my taste but we not long ago spent a fortune on a bed and it still isn't right soo. .maybe I'm fussy.
The hot tub was a big hit thought I don't know whether the owners would have approved of the number of adults and children in it!
The children loved the pool even though it was cold having only been activated on our arrival.
The whole complex was a safe environment for the children, they spent their time running to and fro the courtyard playing hide and seek.
All in all a success and may well return.
