Beechcroft Cottages are fFour picturesque beamy cottages on a gated estate in a pleasant and informal grouping. They are in a superb setting on the edge of the village of Cowbeech, with open southerly views across a small lake to rolling countryside. Guests love the ambiance, tranquillity and the privacy and individuality that each property offers.
The location is great set in rolling hills in the village of Cowden Beech. With views over the fields. We were the only people staying on site and it was very quiet which was right up our street. The local pub is less than 5 minutes walk. Nice countryside walks over streams, rivers and gently sloping hills. Parking is right beside the property. Entrance hall leading to spacious kitchen/diner, bathroom and bedroom one way. Then a large living dining area the other. All is nicely decorated keeping many of the old pen features and country living aspect. Towels and bedding are provided. This prop...more
We had an enjoyable stay in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The Granary is spacious, well looked after and very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with.
The local bonfire night celebrations on the weekend were an added bonus!
We really enjoyed our stay at The Oast House during Christmas also the cosying of the place. It was so lovely, the beams and all furnishings made it so perfect as not so Morden. Loved the walks especially one on the last day. The Hosts were really warm, friendly and were at the end of the line whenever needed. They gave us the history of the place and my boys loved the conversation on Cattle imagine. We are planning to go back for summer.
I would recommend the place for anyone who’s dying for Peace and Quiet.
