A lovely few days in this beautiful part of Wiltshire . Cottage was extremely comfortable , clean and well equipped. The tea, coffee, cake, milk, and juice was much appreciated on our arrival.
A beautiful location with great walks on your door step. Would definitely revisit.

Dairy cottage is in a wonderful setting with stables adjacent and brilliant walks from the door, Family who run this are very friendly, but unintrusive.
Pubs only a walk away!
Nice little touches left for your arrival , will definitely return!

We have stayed many times at the cottage and each time it has been a very pleasant place to rest and relax, our dogs have been made very welcome with a lovely big cage for night time, indeed they seem to love it and we don’t hear anything from them even when we come down in the morning… we recommend this cottage for a lovely stay.

Fantastic farm, brilliant cottage, friendly people in superb area, great walks and pubs locally,

The Old Dairy was very comfortable and clean - perfect for what we needed. Great walks from the door (although the countryside was a bit muddy when we visited). Located on a livery yard, there were lots of horsey comings-and-goings which we enjoyed. The property is well placed for walks up on the Ridgeway and visiting Devizes and Marlborough. The only thing we missed was a cheese grater in the kitchen!

We have stayed at the cottage before and this time we again were not disappointed by the high standards of cleanliness and preparation. A wonderful place to stay, warm and cosy and our dogs felt at home and very settled with a lovely spacious bed and welcoming trays and bowls.. A lovely place to stay!

The Old Dairy Cottage is an idyllic place to stay. We were welcomed with thoughtful conveniences; such as tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, and delicious cookies! We noticed another review had mentioned a lack of salt and pepper but they must have picked up on this because there was Salt and Pepper provided during our stay.
They have created an excellent information folder containing everything we needed for the house and a really thoughtful touch was a collection of walks around the area, predominantly starting off from the house and covering a lot of this beautiful area.
The cottage has been furnished to a high standard and we had a relaxing and peaceful stay; being near the livery we enjoyed having the horses in the adjacent fields. We look forward to returning dreckly!

Very comfortable stay and easy to visit family in the village. Loved the orange juice, milk and biscuits would have liked a little salt, pepper and olive oil. Wish there had been a cafetière and zapper for flies. We were a bit cold in bed. Rugs on the bed would have been good.
These are very small grumbles and we will stay again. Loved Dairy Cottage

Had a very relaxing few days at The Old Dairy…
Everything needed is provided..
bedrooms are a good size, with comfy beds, bright with good views.
The bonus if you have dogs is the outside
Pen, we actually sat out there and ate most evenings…we also ate at The Kings Arms which is walkable via the canal..
The canal walks are lovely and calm..
We also used the farm track to the top of the vale..it’s the highest point in Wiltshire so amazing views
Everywhere to visit is a ‘Good walk’ away so research what you like to do… especially if taking young children
Also there is a large livery, the horse owners we all lovely & helpful with their tips on the area..
Would definitely recommend this property..
Hope to return sometime in near future..

A wonderful, quiet location set in the lovely rural village of Stanton St Bernard. Spacious and very comfortable. Definitely highly recommended.

Loved the cottage. Nice and warm and very comfortable. It was converted about a year ago and has been done to a high standard. Good sized bedrooms, living space and bathroom with good shower. The owners were great- good communication and available if we needed anything but didn’t bother us. Great location for walking in the Marlborough or Pewsey Downs and close to beautiful Marlborough town. Great local pubs too for eating. Highly recommended
