We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment, I don’t think I could fault it! The location is amazing, and it is easy walking distance into Bowness. Every bedroom has an en-suite which is fab (no waiting for the bathroom), and every bedroom is really spacious. Lots of wardrobe space too. The balconies are lovely and peaceful overlooking the marina and the kitchen/dining space is beautiful and again very spacious. I’d come back for sure!
What a fantastic apartment could not fault it at all will definitely be back to number 24, location is fab too great views, very quiet, friendly and restaurant was lovely too, ticked all the boxes and made a big impact on the weekend.
Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff are so helpful. The apartment was amazing, it was spotlessly clean with every utensil needed in the kitchen. Views were great too.
It was an amazing apartment very clean beds were great tbey thought about everything, staff were very friendly and were always there to help me with everything housekeeping staff were lovely too nothing enough trouble , its that good i am coming back next year xxx
We have just returned from a 7 day autumn break at 12 Marina View and have been very impressed with this apartment. Five of us stayed and we were very comfortable in this beautifully decorated place.The bedrooms are relaxing with very comfortable beds. The three bathrooms were a real bonus, too. The kitchen appliances are easy to use and of very high quality. We had family fun playing the large selection of board games provided. Have stayed at Marina Village before and as ever had a super stay. Apartment 6 Marina View is excellent.

Stayed at this apartment a few times now, never any issues, always perfect. Stayed on the Marina fifteen times now in total, always excellent and will keep coming back.
Great appartment and location. Very modern and well equiped. All bedrooms with on-suite so this suited our party perfectly. Cooker a little difficult to use, even after reading the compehensive instructions.
We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Really nice outlook to marina, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The convenience to Bowness and ease of parking within the marina was a big plus. We have already booked to return to this apartment again.

A fantastic apartment in a very convenient location. Accommodation was excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable. A great place to stay with easy access to other areas of the Lake District and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A very warm welcome on arrival. Been staying at the Marina for the last ten years! The accomodation is of a high standard and the customer service is always excellent! The location is also perfect for walking and relaxing!
I have yet to have a disappointment when staying at the Marine. Would recommend it as a first class resort. Personnel always happy to happy. Keep up the good work.
Another stay in apartment 42 excellent apartment would highly recommend and ideally situated. Have stayed in several apartments but this in my opinion is the best. Have already booked again to stay in apartment 42.
The apartment was perfect for us - checking was quick, the apartment was ready early and there was a bonus charging point when we parked the car. The apartment was super clean, with comfy beds and a fab view. Would def stay here again. Was a brilliant location - walkable to the ferry and bowness but not far to drive to Ambleside.
There is everything you need here. Only slight fault I would say is that the sofa could be more comfortable
We love staying in the Marina. Warm welcoming staff and you get everything you need. This was our second time at this property and definitely the best. We'd stay here again in a heart beat.

A very modern and beautifully decorated apartment which sleeps 4 people very comfortably. As a top floor apartment, it gives you fantastic views across the marina. It has all the mod cons - though top oven /microwave did not work nor did the Dyson vacuum cleaner. Plenty of cupboard space and a lovely balcony (though we did not use this as it was January). If you plan to self cater, you need to take cooking oil, cling film, tin foil, salt & pepper, etc . I have come back to Marina View at least 5 times, I absolutely love it. I love the views the large clean, well equipped apartments, the beautiful walk around the lake into Bowness. The staff are super friendly, helpful and I've it found the very best place to stay when coming to The Lakes
This was our first stay at the Windermere marina and we can thoroughly recommend it . The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the check in process was very efficient. We were extremely impressed with the accommodation which was very clean and well equipped. We used the onsite restaurant and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the food was good. We would definitely recommend to others .

Excellent apartment, definitely 5star. Only criticism is checking out time of 10am is quite stressful and 11am would be more acceptable.

Such a lovely apartment in a block of 7. No noise internally at all even though each apartment was occupied (it was the Scottish schools half term) and a beautiful balcony with a great view. Home from home and very clean. A wonderful 5 day break. I had a meal at the Marina View which was lovely and the staff so kind and attentive. Really relaxed and enjoyed every minute thank you!
Windermere Marina Apartments suit us very well. We have visited many times. The location is perfect, overlooking the marina, and a lovely 10 minute walk into town. The apartments are always clean and fresh. We have booked again for next year!
Always spotlessly clean. Everything provided. On-site facilities great. Only thing I would change is the over bath shower. Not good for older people, or anyone, to use safely. Bath too high. No grab rails. Bath very slippy.
The property was very well presented and provided the perfect location for our visit to the Lakes District. Although not in the town, this gave us peace and quiet and away from the crowds. It is a very pleasant walk to Bowness and Windermere, so this also gave us the opportunity to walk every day on the banks of the lake. Excellent facilities were avaialbe to us at Windward Apartment 33.

We have stayed at WMV many times, the latest being for 10 nights over Christmas and New Year 2025/2026. As always, the service and helpfulness of the staff at WMV was first class and the apartment was warm, comfortable and welcoming and had been thoroughly inspected and cleaned ahead of us arriving. Have stayed in this beautiful dog friendly apartment on many occasions and it never disappoints. It has now been made more homely with the addition of pictures, plants etc. Lovely large balcony to relax after a day out with lovely views of the marina.

We recently spent some time at this apartment and had a generally positive experience. The interior of the apartment was well-furnished, clean, and tidy. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that effort had been put into maintaining a high standard of comfort inside. Overall, the indoor environment was very pleasant. Stayed I the marina for the 3rd time definitely coming back lovely people and always great quality cottage.
The pre check in support was great, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. As soon as the property was ready- we received a call to let us know (2 hours before the expected check in). The property was clean, well laid out and had useful supplies available, such as tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. The view from the property was stunning, right over the marina- very peaceful and relaxing. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend- great property, great location, lovely staff and a beautiful location.
We loved the place , the views from our window was amazing, only downside was I got a drenching standing on balcony, rain coming through decking
Hi we had just come back from a few days away to the lovely Marina Village at Windermere. It is our first visit to the apartments and I am happy to say it won’t be our last. Everything we needed, very cumfy. Close to local pubs and the onsite restaurant was very nice. It was also nice because it was dog friendly and made welcome. The apartment and the restaurant. Stunning accommodation lovely, location really peaceful with amenities so close lots of lovely walks, we had the best weather sunshine in the Autumn, if thinking of going and can’t decide go for it totally recommend
We've stayed at Marina Village many times over the years. Always enjoy our stay. First time in this flat and really liked it. Found it very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely view over marina. Kitchen well equipped. Quality furnishings. Welcome pack of milk/tea/ coffee etc was great as no shop nearby. Only thing needed is a bin to collect items for recycling and maybe better storage in bathroom for toiletries. Hope to stay again.
Booked the Bowness 2 for 4 of us and it was lovely. Not on the main marina row, but still such a lovely cottage. Upside down layout so you can benefit from the view to an older, smaller marina. The cottages are a little tired now, but that is reflected in the price (still very clean). Lots of utensils for 6 people and there is a bed that drops down in the lounge if you need the extra space. I would absolutely stay here again and the staff were amazing! Next time we would definitely move over to the marina side for the better view. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
Lovely peaceful location within walking distance to Bowness. Property has lovely views overlooking both the marina and the shores of the lake. On 3 floors, well maintained and very comfortable - Really enjoyed the stay here. Was amazing
We had another short but enjoyable stay at WMV. Booking and arrival was efficient and friendly. The Cottage was very clean and well equipped as always and location is good with Bowness in walking distance. I would however comment that Ambleside 4 cottage is showing it's age and would benefit from a general upgrade in particular dining room/ lounge furniture and some attention to bathroom eg tiling/ grouting. This did not greatly detract from our stay but the issues were noticeable and whilst we would return, perhaps not to this property.
