Greenmyre is a beautiful house in an idyllic and peaceful setting. Everything was immaculate and beautifully presented on arrival. Whether it was lounging in the glass fronted kitchen sitting area or relaxing in the hot tub the views are stunning. The local area has something for everyone from paddle boarding on Loch of Lintrathen, to walking the glens, visiting Glamis Castle or taking in the local wildlife at Loch of Kinnordy. There are also many local food spots. The Wee Bear Cafe is a must for brunch and Armstrong at Glamis has an excellent Sunday Carvery. We would recommend Greenmyre...more
Keepers Lodge is perfect for a break away from it all. It is very well equipped and they even think of lovely touches like treats and a blanket for the dog. The pool table gave us hours of fun - great for teenagers, and of course the hot tub was amazing! We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed walks around the estate. Beds are comfy, plenty of loos and showers. 10 out of 10 we would love to come back.

Very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Hot tub was fun. Would have liked recycling facilities. Only one small bin in main kitchen and although we separated our rubbish the large recycling bin at the gate was locked and so all but the bottles had to go in general waste which was disappointing.
I bought this trip as a wedding gift for my son and his wife and kids, (they got married on 5/5/24), they absolutely loved it everything was provided for them and the Old Byre was just perfect. The location, the house itself and best of all the hot tub, they all loved it. They just wished they could stay for longer, hopefully we can come back again.
Great weekend at Vicarsford Farmhouse. Huge property with lots of space and a lovely big garden too. Very comfortable rooms and lots of bathrooms too. Great for families or groups. Very good value. Super big hot tub - very private This is a real find.
