No complaints, leaving a blanket, treat and bowls for the dog was a lovely touch. One of the best hot tubs we've had as it had a hot hose next to it to top up the hot water, keeping the heat in. We've stayed at several lodges over the years where the tub goes cold eventually and that was no problem with this one! I loved also that they came by each morning to clean it.
This is our 3rd year returning and it is such a lovely space to socialise and relax. We do a family girls weekend and it has plenty of room to chill out and relax, large kitchen and dining room for preparing meal and eating. Lovely garden including hot tube and large seating. The house is always immaculate and the provide everything you need! We requested a parasol for outside and they were more than happy to deliver one to us in a timely manner. They house is just amazing for us and we are already planning to return next year!
