We stayed in the coach house for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival there is space to 2 vehicles but space is quite tight. The house was clean and very well equipped and everything is finished to a high standard. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite and also a general use bathroom so with 8 adults this was also great. The location is also great with an excellent beach for surf and also a good selection of places to eat and drink. The drying room on the bottom floor was an advantage to hang wetsuits, etc. The only thing that I was not aware of until after booking was that there would be an additional charge for water and electric at the end of our stay. This was deducted from the security deposit that has to be paid and was refunded about a week after our stay. All in all, we had a great weekend and will definitely consider staying in the coach house again in the future.

My family stayed here (2 adults, four children, and two dogs due to beach allowing dogs) towards the end of October 2023. We all loved the house which offers plenty of space, is very well kitted out, and sits on a prime location in New Polzeath offering views directly above the beach. In front of the house are the steps down to the beach which is so convenient and means there is no need to drive, try and find a parking space, and carry all your kit for miles at low tide! Just pop your wetsuit on and go! The location really is superb.
The house itself was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful communal space upstairs in a kitchen/diner/living room configuration, overlooking the beach. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the mornings and the layout of the house is ideal with two ensuite bedrooms and a utility space on the ground floor, one ensuite and one bedroom without an ensuite but next to a shower room on the first floor, and the living space on the second floor. The wifi was much faster than I expected running at around 65 mbps, and the TV set up includes Sky Sports.
We all loved it so much that we have already booked for the same week next year.

Brilliant location, over looking New Polzeath and access to the beach across the road, no need to drive. A wonderful beach with brilliant surf and rock pools for the little ones. Accommodation very good with 3 good sized bedrooms and the fourth bedroom, a good size but limited natural light. Good main bathroom and 3 Ensuite well fitted with plenty of hot water. Good access when coming back from the beach, straight into wetsuit store and shoes, buggy etc. Underfloor heating very good and if anything too warm. The kitchen has all the appliances, good supply of glassware, crockery and utensils. The parking is tight if there are gusts in the main house. We love this area, so much to do, places to visit and wonderful walks.

With lovely views straight out to the sea, and the ease of heading straight out to surf from the house, we have returned to this property almost every year since it was rebuilt. Very well equipped it has everything we need, and with the top floor large balcony and the seating area at the end of the garden there are 2 great options for outside dining.

Atlantic View Coach House never fails to disappoint. The booking process is so smooth and the communication is always friendly and helpful. This is our third visit to the Coach House because we love it so much! It feels like a home from home and you can simply carry on from where you left off. The views are simply stunning, the beds are extremely comfortable and you have everything you need if you simply wish to stay in a cook every night after a day at the beach. This accommodation is absolutely stunning, with amazing views of Polzeath beach from the kitchen/lounge and the 2 front bedrooms. The accommodation was perfect for 2 families, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all very well equipped and super comfy beds. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach and a short walk to Polzeath town. Would definitely recommend.

The ideal setting for our family's vacation in Cornwall. The property is furnished with cosy bedding and furniture and is quite nicely appointed. The beach is close by, and there is a beautiful view of the ocean. Owners are really accommodating, and we will go back again.

I believe 2022 was our 10th year visiting Atlantic View Coach House. We have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. With four bathrooms it meant each room had their own, three of which are en suite. Plenty of space for everyone. All the equipment you could need. So close to the beach and the surf, especially when the tide is right- just a few minutes and you are in the water - perfect!

We were very lucky to book the Coach House for our family holiday, we had such an amazing stay. The location the house couldn’t be better. I was a little disappointed to receive an additional bill for my water and electric, as I feel this would be included in the price, this may have been communicated to me in the documentation, but it’s not something I would have looked for. A real treat to stay here, with its first floor living room and balcony providing a stunning view of Polzeath beach. It’s a holiday in itself, to sit on the balcony watching the tides roll to and fro with tea and scone or a glass of wine. Comfortable beds and well maintained facilities. One minute to the beach for an early morning body board.

On arrival we were greeted with a generous welcome pack. The property enjoys a superb cliff top location in New Polzeath and is fitted out to a high specification, with very comfortable bedrooms. The living area is spacious, light and airy and has great views over the bay. It is a short walk to the coastal path and sandy beach. We had a fantastic family holiday and were sad to leave. We would consider returning.

We visit every year and the Coach house never disappoints. Very warm and comfortable. Everything you need is there and the kitchen is well equipped. The location can’t be any better - literally out of the house, down the steps and you are on the beach and depending on the tide, in the surf!
