This was an excellent choice for our visit to an event at the Norwich showground. Some of our party needed a property with the correct facilities and these cottages were perfect, enabling us to all stay together.
Visited for 3 nights with husband and elderly Mum with mobility difficulties. All accessibility needs accommodated for. A very lovely home, private location, lovely extra special touches which made for a very pleasant stay
A lovely cottage in a good location for exploring Norfolk, with a great pub in the nearby village of Lyng that is within walking distance. The cottage is warm, has extremely comfortable beds and has a very well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for our 2 dogs, with a small garden and walks from the door. This was the third time we have stayed at Sparham Hall Farm Cottages, the first in The Forge as there were 4 of us this time, having previously stayed in The Apple Room. A great stay was had by us all.
