Crow's Nest is a Penthouse Apartment in the Lower Mill Estate of the Cotswolds Water Park. It is on the 2nd floor with wifi, views from the large balcony over Howell's Mere Lake and has a super king size en suite bedroom (can be a twin) and a king size bedroom - both en suite. Included in the rental is free access to the estate spa, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, etc. Spa treatments, canoe and bike hire can also be booked. The balcony has a bbq, seating and lakeside views. Great wildlife walks from the door.

We had a wonderful stay at Crow's Nest and couldn't have been happier. The apartment is bright, spacious and spotlessly clean, with the two en-suite bedrooms working really well for us. The kitchen is far better equipped than we expected, with everything you'd have at home.

The balcony was a highlight, with fantastic views over the lake. It's a great spot for a morning coffee. The Lower Mill Estate facilities were excellent too, with well-maintained pools, a gym and tennis courts, and plenty to do whether you want to relax or be active. There are also lovely walks right from the door.
Communication with the host was excellent. Arrival instructions were clear, and she was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout.

A perfect break, and a well-deserved five stars. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone.

We spent a wonderful long weekend in the Crow's Nest apartment, and I have to say we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

The accommodation is truly amazing and provides everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen. It was far better equipped than I expected, with all the utensils and appliances you would normally have in your own home.

The facilities at Lower Mill Estate were also fantastic. Everything was well maintained, and there were so many options for spending your free time, whether you wanted to relax or be more active.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.

Overall, a perfect getaway and a well-deserved five stars from us. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was a great size for our family and having two en-suites worked really well for us. We liked the balcony and watching the planes overhead and seeing the paddle boarders on the lake. The site itself is great, access to the leisure facilities were great, all pools weee really good. We also hired paddle boards one day which we enjoyed.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. Everything I needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was fantastic: very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was easy, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place and a great host.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of four with two teenage children. The apartment was spotlessly clean, really well appointed with thoughtful extras like a pair of tennis rackets, sports towels for the leisure club and a drying rack which came in useful after swimming.
The apartment is really spacious, and even though we didn’t have the weather to sit outside we loved standing on the balcony with a coffee taking in the incredible views across the lake.
Lower Mill Estate itself is a great spot for a family trip - the leisure facilities and tennis courts were great and easy to book even in a busy half term week, and we enjoyed walking around the estate too.
We had a very peaceful and relaxing few days and will definitely be back!

We have just come back from the Crows Nest (our third visit) so that speaks for itself. It’s a beautiful bright apartment that is well equipped and spotlessly clean. Annabel the owner is a great host and always responds to any issues should they arise. We look forward to a return visit next year.

Crows Nest is a bright, modern, spacious apartment with a great outside space to enjoy the views over the lake. The apartment was well equipped and maintained to a high standard. Having stayed near Somerford Lake this area is quieter but still within a few minutes walk to all the amenities Lowermill has to offer.
We took advantage of the many walks in the area and as the weather was lovely we were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine. We had a very good meal at on the on-site restaurant and walked to the Bakers Arms for Sunday lunch which again was great.
Communication was excellent with Annabel , with very clear arrival instructions etc. Certainly a 5 star apartment. We would definitely return to Crows Nest.
