Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Hall Cottage. Edward, the owner who lives nearby on the estate, was extremely helpful in every way and arrived very quickly when we had to call him to adjust the heating/hot water settings.
A very nice and thoughtful touch was the easter egg left as a gift with the other kitchen staples on arrival.
The grounds and location are fantastic, a huge breath of fresh air and uplift for a family of city dwellers. The house is well equipped with good wifi (essential for us!) and TV with Netflix. Lots of books around for anyone who wanted them.
The kitchen had everything we needed too.
We were uber-lucky with the weather, but if it had been more English April typical, i.e. ie wet, windy and cold, it would have been good to be able to access a store of extra duvets etc,
All in all, highly recommended and a bouquet of thanks to the hosts.

Hall Cottage is an outstanding property with a huge kitchen/dining room which allows for family cooking and activities. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery and equipment. Woodland walks on the doorstep. Plenty of parking space.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Gresham Hall Cottage.
Prompt response from owner regarding our extra requests.
Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children under 5. High chair, travel cot and bed guards all provided.
Lovely large enclosed garden with good sized BBQ.
Kitchen well stocked with every utensil you can think off.
We did eat out a couple of times at a local pub good food and garden for the kids,
Local beaches all great. Our favourite was west Runton.

We were a family of 11 staying for a week and the cottage met all our expectations and more. It had plenty of room for all of us and plenty of equipment for us to self cater.
It is in a lovely quiet location, but with a garden bit enough to have fun in and a table where we could all eat together.
It is close to Holt and Cromer and a wonderful beach (a little bit of a drive) at Wells-next the Sea (but go early!).

Worked out very well for our large family get together. Comfortable and lovely decor, amazing showers and baths. Kitchen also very well appointed
