We had a perfect stay. A truly wonderful and well presented cabin situated in the most picturesque quiet location. Dog walks from the door so no need to use the car when venturing out in the surrounding countryside. Thank you

Charlottefield is a gorgeous cottage in the most picturesque setting of serenity - we were struck by the absolute peace & quiet. 12 days here was a treat - the perfect base for our slow & lazy holiday visiting our daughter & son-in-law who live just down the road. Decor is simple & charming; beds super comfy with good bedside lamps. Quaint windows & skylights in the bedrooms & the spacious bathroom give the prettiest outlook - the best views to brush your teeth to. Thank you for a wonderful winter stay in a magical location . Fabulous estate walks from the door , a warm cosy cottage to return to & stunning views to admire from the windows .The early November snow turned it into a winter wonderland the day we left !
Beautiful, comfortable and practical accommodation. We were there over new year and it was snowing but the hut was very warm. Spotlessly clean, bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The two huts are cleverly positioned with fences, so no privacy issues. Really enjoyed the design too, they look great. Worth noting there is no wifi or tv, so bring books or boardgames for the evenings. Also some of the roads to the huts are bumpy and rocky, so be careful with smaller cars. Had a great time and would highly recommend.
We had a fabulous two night stay in one of the lodges. Very comfortable and relaxing surroundings. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the veranda and lovely walks on the doorstep. The staff were very attentive and quick to fix a broken blind in one of the rooms. Their communication throughout eas excellent. Thanks for a brilliant stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.
Lot of plus points, very comfortable, and has been done up to a very decent standard apart from the bathroom: The bath is the same as one I have at home. It looks as if it has been in a field for some time ! It is badly worn and chipped in many places, it is very slippy when used as a shower, the plug seal leaks, the shower screen is very badly fitted and the tiles have been badly laid. It’s a great shame that the bath wasn’t sent away for re enamelling as it would have looked spectacular ! The hot water system does not support the the volume of hot water that this bath requires. We absolutely loved staying in the cabin - very spacious, big kitchen and good fire. It felt very secluded by the loch but also great it was a 5 Minute drive to dunkeld. The choice of walks from right outside the cabin were also amazing.

Steph kindly squeezed my son and I in at very short notice, and we stayed in the truly beautiful farmhouse enjoying the local woods and wildlife for a few days. We’ll definitely be back soon! The perfect getaway.
We’ve been many times to Blair Atholl estate and usually Marble lodge, this time for a large family Christmas we went for the much larger forest lodge. This was a great success, housekeeping tan had done a fantastic job preparing the lodge, and it was cosy and warm for our arrival, fire laid, and Christmas tree all decorated. Couldn’t fault the whole stay. Perfect location, an ideal venue for a large house party for a gathering of family or friends. Many thanks again! See you next time!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Willow cabin with our 5yr old son and a dog. Cabin had everything you could need and the location was just great inside the woods but a short walk away to the village. The only suggestion for improvement would be to adjust check in and check out times as that’s later/earlier than in other similar properties. Either 2pm/10am or 3pm/11am. Currently it’s not until 4pm to 10am checkout.
Excellent stay at Curlew Shepherd’s hut. The location and views are stunning. The hut itself is cosy and well maintained with everything you could need.
We had the most wonderful time staying at this beautiful cottage. My husband , dog Nellie and I booked East, while my daughter and son in law booked West , the cottage next door. Both cottages ( we were in and out of each other’s) are thoughtfully decorated and have a warm and cosy feel to them. The kitchen is well equipped and spotless, as are the bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable too. The location is both spectacular and peaceful, with views across the valley . It snowed while we were there making our stay even more special. Our 15th (?) year of our two families getting together in Easter holidays for long walks, cycles, games, and family meals. As the kids have got older they have dipped in and out depending on university, other holidays, work commitments etc. but everyone is clear they want to keep coming back to this beautiful old house with family connections from the 1950's. One of the main charms of Old Blair is how comfortable and relaxed it is. It is in lovely condition but not so smart that it lacks character. It is our special home when we visit
Had a beautiful stay at juniper. The weather helped as it snowed and the sun shone making it feel like a winter wonderland. The cabin was beautifully furnished and cosy to come back to after a day on the hill and the outdoor bath tub a real treat. Worth the 3hr wait to get hot! . Situated in a stunning location, feels like the middle of nowhere, but yet can still walk into nearby Dunkeld. Highly recommend.
We’ve just returned from a superb stay at Marble Lodge, and it’s hard to imagine a more perfectly positioned escape. Set deep within the Cairngorms (thank goodness we had an SUV for the five mile track!), the lodge feels wonderfully tucked away from the rush of everyday life, yet every approach to it is a scenic experience in itself. The journey in heightens the sense of anticipation, and when you arrive, you’re greeted by sweeping views, open skies and the kind of peace that immediately slows your pace.
