We had the most amazing holiday. The cottage was beautiful with everything you needed the main bedroom bed was massive and very comfortable. We loved hearing the cows, watching the birds and also had a visit from a few deers. The location was perfect for us out of the way and lovely walks from the doorstep. We loved sitting outside having a glass of wine and listening to stream at the bottom of the garden we were very lucky with the weather as well. We had such a great time making memories with our family we will definitely be back.
The Clachan Cottage was a perfect, relaxing base for exploring Perthshire and basking in the beauty of nature and history. There are so many beautiful walks within a reasonable drive. It was easy to run to Pitlochry for a meal out or to buy groceries, and even faster to pop into House of Bruar for high end treats at their food hall. The cottage was nicely furnished and spotless, with a huge kitchen and comfortable, spacious living room. The beds had the best pillows of all the places we stayed at in Scotland. We had a fantastic stay in Larch cabin! From the outset, the Atholl Estate team could not have been more helpful and friendly, and they kindly arranged a travel cot and highchair to be available for us to use. Similarly, the email information pack we received beforehand made it easy to make the most out of our time there. The cabin was well signposted from the main road and easy to find and check in. What a beautiful cottage. Maintained to a very high standard, with beautiful views over the valley. I would definitely come back.
Cottage was very well presented and equipped with a good enclosed garden for our dog. Great layout and amenties in the cottage. Only downside was that you have to follow a single dirt track road that’s very bumpy with potholes for a couple of miles to get there. If this had been clear in the description we would not have booked it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all 3 of us said we’d love to come back to Glen Glack. I’m not sure how many weeks of the year it would be used but we could have done with a fan this week. That said, thank you for organising beautiful weather (one biblical hail storm notwithstanding). My only gripe was the sparsity and small size of pots and pans. Cooking for 3 with what we had was really difficult. We had to cook in batches making the task longer and the lodge warmer. We loved it though. We will return.
Had a great stay! Yvonne/staff were very responsive to any additional things we needed. The hut was quiet and had everything we needed. If only it didn’t rain so much so that we could use the fire pit more!
We have been going back to Glen Glack lodges know 4 or 5 times and they never disappoint Really beautiful lodges and surrounding’s

Great location for the Highland Games. Wonderful walks directly from the property. Overall property very comfortable for 3 people and very nice to have the laundry. Would definitely recommend to others!
Everything about our stay at Willow was perfect and the lodge exceeded all our (already high) expectations.

Excellent week with my partner and our 2 year old. The house was very spacious, clean with a nice feel to it. The location was excellent - we spent time at Aviemore, Newtonmore, Blair Athol and Loch Tay. There is a bus stop right outside the properties that goes to Pitlochry. We used this to go to Blair Athol, very handy!
We had a really nice break at Curlew Shepherds Hut this week for a three night stay. Everything that you need for a quiet break, clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Just what we needed.
Our 15th (?) year of our two families getting together in Easter holidays for long walks, cycles, games, and family meals. As the kids have got older they have dipped in and out depending on university, other holidays, work commitments etc. but everyone is clear they want to keep coming back to this beautiful old house with family connections from the 1950's. One of the main charms of Old Blair is how comfortable and relaxed it is. It is in lovely condition but not so smart that it lacks character. It is our special home when we visit
A fantastic location perfect for a weeks relaxation and time out doors. Plenty of walking and close to the great bars and restaurants in dunkeld.

Es war alles sehr sehr sauber - Schön wäre es , wenn es einmal neue Betten geben würde - das würde uns sehr sehr freuen und den Comfort deutlich verbessern ..... Danke an das Team und das Housekeeping.
