We stayed a few days with our two dogs. The Beehouse was warm, comfortable, spacious, very welcoming, spotlessly clean. A hidden gem of a place.

Me and my family return to this place every year because it’s so brilliant. It’s a great house for a family and so cozy and comfy. It’s so well equipped with everything you could need and the gardens are fantastic for the dogs and the kids. Elizabeth and her family are always so friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this house to anyone. Great base for St Andrews and also just a lovely house to relax in and all be together.

Had a wonderful stay at the Beehouse, a gorgeous converted steading. Perfect for our needs staying with 3 generations, plenty of space and all the amenities you would need. Elizabeth was the perfect host, available if needed but not in any way intrusive. We enjoyed being out in beautiful countryside but just a stones throw from St Andrews. We hope to have a return trip soon.

We have returned for another lovely stay. It has only taken us 5 years to get back to St Andrews but we made it and enjoyed our stay again.
We will be returning.
Great location and facilities for cooking in the evening. Very relaxing environment and views.
Only a short drive into St Andrews and great farm shop up the road.

My wife and I take our mothers to Scotland every summer. They are in their 80s/90s, so we are limited to one "outing" per day. The choice of accommodation is VERY important, as we spend a lot of time their and have friends and relatives to visit. Needless to say, we choose carefully and have staying in some wonderful houses. I am very happy to say that we were delighted by the beehouse. It has been an exceptional restoration/build project. The quality of materials and technologies applied are superb. The layout worked really well for us, with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Furnishings, decoration and equipment are of the highest standard. The rest is a charming, delightful and comfortable space. Guy and Elizabeths old-Manse home are next door, so the property benefits from beautiful grounds and outlooks. We will be coming back and would thoroughly recommend the Beehouse to our friends.

The property was fully equipped and really comfortable and Elizabeth and Guy were friendly and welcoming hosts, treating us as friends from the moment we met. We absolutely love the Beehouse. This was our third time staying in the property and it never disappoints. It’s decorated so beautifully and is so cozy and homely. It is so well equipped we could cook there every night and had everything we needed. It’s a lovely location just 10 minutes drive into St Andrews. The views and grounds of the beehouse are gorgeous. With a swing, walled garden and trampoline perfect t for our dogs and small children. Biz ans Guy are the lovliest hosts, so welcoming and accommodating. Cant recommend this place enough we always have the most wonderful time.

The Beehouse was a great find for a family getaway; located just a short distance from St Andrews and near Cupar yet in the middle of the countryside and so quiet. We loved the comfy beds and the big bathrooms. Everything was sparkly clean and in great condition. The hosts Biz and Guy and lovely and really welcoming but gave us privacy. All in all a great stay and we will definitely be back again hopefully soon.
