Firstly the customer service provided by Ursula was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very understanding and caring. The lodge was very well equipped. The position was excellent and very quiet and peaceful. The carpark was rather tight and would have been a struggle had there been more than two vehicles. Especially with there being two lodges.
Very pleasant couple of days in the lodge - just two of us and the dog. The lodge was clean and welcoming - it’s always great when there is a little basket of goodies waiting for you - and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Location is great for Banchory and exploring the local area.
